I’ve been listening to your videos every day multiple times over the last three months. They really helped me significantly ❤ I’m deeply grateful for your efforts and creation. Your voice is incredibly grounding and comforting too. In today’s video, I noticed that you mentioned to replace ”I’m safe” with ”I’m here” and ”I’m breathing”, and this change resonates with me very much. I feel very distant with the ”I’m safe” phrase no matter how much I want to believe it. I just feel empty when I say that to myself. But ”I’m here” and ”I’m breathing” give me warmth and even tears today. ❤ Thank you for being so gentle and considerate.
Thank you for your feedback! Someone commented on my last video and said that saying “I am safe” actually upset them, so that made me take more care and give more options for the future ones. I’ve been doing this a while but I’m still learning so I appreciate all the feedback. I want to make sure that my meditations are as inclusive as possible. It’s not always possible, especially with the shorter meditations, but in the longer meditations I can take more time and more care. I’m glad the new instructions resonate with you 💙

This is so typical for people who are lucky enough to feel well in life and with no real experience with mental illness, they say just do a short light meditation of only 40 min..... It is completely impossible if you feel really bad 100% impossible.. it is even hard to do 40 in the beginning when your life is tiptop

Thank you! Fabulous release! What does it signify that most of my stress was on the left side! I heard once that one side of the body represented mother and the other side father. My mom is going through dome medical stuff snd Im wondering if Im holding stress for her on my left side. Thanks again.

Interesting. I fell asleep before the special breathing, woke up once and you were naming off body parts...then I fell asleep again... and the pink noise was at a perfect level in the background. I will use this again, thank you

Nice voice. Soothing. Good rhythmic pace. No need to refer specifically to each finger, specific sides. Many people don't know the body well or the terms like "glute", triceps etc. Keep words nonspecific like "release the jaw" or muscles around the mouth. Words that stimulate imagination like "floating" etc. are good. Text me. I've many more suggestions.
