Hi John, Just for reference , I got one of these for Christmas and it 100% came with a usbc cord. I agree with the adapter though. Also learned that you can operate this light in the case. Such a cool feature. If you get some of olights other products they work in the case as well, Example, the Perun 2 mini.
Hi John, Like the look of the new site, hopefully it will bring in some more subscribers as I think you deserve them. Looks like a good light but I bet that it's not cheap. Only got one of theirs and got it second hand off eBay. (I'm too tight to pay full price ha ha) also I have already explained what the wife's like. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to one and all in Australia. John the pom
Merry Christmas to you and the family John. I appreciate your support this year. The channel is already 20 times more than I expected. We will see where 2024 takes us.
After a lot of spinning my wheels, I opted for the Olight Diffuse. The ability to use off the shelf AA batteries was the kicker for me. Dunno if I was smart. I wish I would have gone with a Fenix, rechargeable or not. I had a $10 Fenix AAA years ago that I opine was a better build than my Diffuse. Fenix has some questionable philosophies, IMHO, but I like the results.
Merry Christmas to you and yours mate. nice piece of kit alright. However i always have a serious question about all these fantastic lights, from all the developers globally. What if there is no power sources to charge them from? They are all ok in their own way, as long as you have a source to charge them from. What happens when there is absolutely no power source that you can charge from? Just looking for your input on that mate..
@@OutdoorAcademyAustralia Thanks for the reply mate, i was sort of baiting to see what you would say, and let your viewers see the answer. All good, Merry Christmas to you and yours mate.

Yep, I have a few olights. I got a usb charge cable but I was referring to an adapter cable. Cheers.
Like it. Merry Christmas!
Cheers, Christmas to you too.
Great video. Will definitely look into it.
Cheers mate. Definitely worth a look
Interesting light especially the battery pack being able to charge it or other stuff.
Good bit of kit for sure
interesting product
I agree. I don't sell anything, but I recommend what I love and use. This is one of those must have items in my book.

I run solar blankets in the car to keep my batteries charged out bush. I'm sure it would work in a SHTF scenario like a solar flare or EMP
