- Shanna Gardner is charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the murder of her ex-husband Jared Bridegan.
Here in Florida, murder is not bondable, but you milk that cash cow, Jose.
Everyone should stop buying stampin up products bc by buying them ur helping her family pay for her defense.
It would be nice. The poor demonstrators that rely on Stampin Up for their livelihood could lose everything. Not to mention the hundreds of employees.

That is true except that my experience is that nobody is getting rich is the multi-level marketing, but those on the top! Speaking from experience! And those individuals are in it for the business not the fun, (which is great) they will find another company. This FAMILY needs to recognize that humanity does not tolerate INHUMANITY. Interesting…. I’ve been following this case for a while and never really thought she was that devious but you could be on to something. I just thought she liked was a pos shit wife that liked to fool around and a narcissist for not giving a 💩 who she hurt to get her way… she’s a spoiled brat from what I’ve read but what you said wouldn’t surprise me.

I think it would be very unfair for the court system to allow a bond to such a pre-meditated, cold-blooded criminal act against a person who only wanted to be there for his twins and be a good father to them. She never valued that. Instead, she wanted to erase him from this planet. Bond is not going to happen.
She is also a huge flight risk with her parents’ wealth.

Shanna's sister announced, somewhat loudly, that the day of Jared's funeral was the happiest day of her life b/c now Shanna could stop dealing w/her ex! Shanna made no secret how badly she wanted Jared dead! No Bail!!

I also liked how her sister was reluctant to say she was still married, since they were planning to divorce before the murder. Can't get divorced now and have the state get the husband to testify against her. From what I understand, he has pretty good attorneys too. My bet is that the Gardner family is footing the bill for that. I'm guessing all of those things were talked about in "executive session" of their family meeting, so there won't be any notes available!
I have read that Gardner has had the idea to " get rid of Jared" as early as 2015. Then when her boy, Mario came along; her plan seemed to be going well when Tenon actually killed the man. ; until Tenon get caught & now hes going to spill the beans about Gardner & Mario. I really hope these people don't get a way with this heinous crime. Baez is a good attorney @ getting killers off the hook for murdering an innocent person. .
