    I like how you don't spend time just talking but showing the work

    Boss, those fasteners on the Meritor u-joints are probably 1/2" sockets and not 13mm. On my Cascadia, the fasteners had standard grade markings on the head and the threads were also standard (1/2--20 measurement). This explained why I almost rounded the heads. Hahaha. Great videos you're putting out. Keep up the good work.

    At what speed truck was shaking? Mine is shaking at 64mph and up.

      I believe this one was in the 40s but the speed won’t matter to much. It might shake at highway speeds or low speeds.

      It is 2020 Freightliner Cascadia. I replaced wheel seals and wheel bearings. Did drive line alignment. But still shaking at 64 and up. I took it to dealership. But they couldn’t or didn’t want to find any problem. So what is your advice? Where is your shop located?

    • @bustedknucklebydieseldr3228
      @bustedknucklebydieseldr3228  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@martinkazako2292 I wish I had a shop of my own so I could help you with these issues. Hopefully one day that changes. But as for that shake. If you feel it in the steering wheel than I have a few diff vids on that. Basic components would need to be checked. Tires balanced, steering shaft tight, drag link tight,kingpins tight,leaf springs sagging or shifted.

    What about the U joint puller tool

    • @bustedknucklebydieseldr3228
      @bustedknucklebydieseldr3228  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can try using that but with these style ujoints it’s not to effective. They tend to seize up into the drive line.

    My u joints ok keep falling off every 2k miles or so dunno what it is

    • @bustedknucklebydieseldr3228
      @bustedknucklebydieseldr3228  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@xerxesmo if your ujoints are falling off there is one of two issues. The ujoints them selves are not set correctly on the yoke. Or the yoke is not holding them well enough and will need to be replaced.

    Fix my joint and the next day it become loose again. Dude sell me the part and also install it.

    • @bustedknucklebydieseldr3228
      @bustedknucklebydieseldr3228  ปีที่แล้ว

      If it came loose I suspect the snap ring didn’t get installed correctly. Could be a minor overlook but I would prob go to another company or tech to install
