So passionately that in the EU trade deal,the UK were asked if they would like to keep their Canadian cheese export allowance....but were told "oh No, alone we'll get a much better deal"....so now if EU doesn't use it's allowance to Canada ( which I'm sure, now will) then UK may use our/EU surplus. 😂 Canada have a protectionist policy for their cheese. Complete arses in their negotiations, thankfully the EU, got an autograph,or the UK would never have left.

When UK left...they did so willingly without taking it (that amount 1,800 tonnes) with them.
In Canada v UK trade negotiations... with Truss they told her British cheese is not on the table. So now if they/ UK are sweet and polite to EU...and EU don't use full quoto,then they may allow UK to have it or not. Basically a bit of... we're going to do so-o much better than EU on our ownee-O didn't work..now it's "hi hoe hi hoe it's off to work....🛠️" for me Cheerio.
