Thank you so much. My doctor called me almost a year ago and told me I needed to get lab work right away - it was urgent that I do. I reminded her I couldn't wear a mask so she just said "see you when this is all over" So, I follow you, lost over a hundred pounds, lowered my BP, got control of my erratic heartbeat and just feel great! Your advice works! Bless you.

@@snowbird4788 That isn't an option here - shortage of doctors. The whole medical mafia makes it necessary to have a "doctor" so I have a doctor. For my health I go to a Naturopath. If I had trusted any doctor I would actually be dead now - instead, I have beat all the odds and they call me a "miracle" Sadly, it's a miracle any one of us can achieve. It was - as doctors like to scoff at - Dr. Google and bloggers like this that saved my life.

4:42 1) sit up breath, hold 3-5 seconds, blow out through mouth 5 to 20 times. 2) Deep breath, pinch nose, push out like a BM. 3) Throat massage, feel pulse, stimulate one side at a time, don't push too hard. Massage other side of throat by jaw line. 4) Conserve oxygen - hold breath, put face in ice bucket

Carotid sinus Massage it’s also good and it helps me when I measure 134
But now I like the breathing too. I went to a new doctor and she told me my blood pressure is to high 145/84 hm. Well I am thankful she made me notice it. I did not agree to meds only if really needed. So I measured my BP every day and funny at home it is 124/ 78 but it does gets up 135/ At the doctor 154 😮 garlic helps me 114/ 74/76 yeah. I do watch it and working on changing my live style. Step by step 😊

    • @zjedinite

@@tanyawieczorek6603 yes! It was my mother. 🤦🏻‍♂️ she was stressing the hell out of me. I’ll give you the short of it short since you were nice enough to reply and ask about me.
Our family is not “rich” but we are all entrepreneurs so we do ok for ourselves INCLUDING my mom. So I was able to buy a house for her to live in and I paid all the utilities. I felt so proud to be able to do that for her now that she just had turned 80, also being able to provide for basically two households. Well 4 years in she wants to move, keep in mind that she owns 4 others homes in the area, so she didn’t listen to me and left. I was so aggravated that I left the property empty for almost 1 years thinking she would move back. She didn’t so I told her to sell it and I felt the right thing to do is send me the money since I had put it under her name to LIVE IN.
Well after grudgingly sending me the funds from the sale minus 10k I told her to keep she then turned her attention to one of my favorite rental property. Insisting to buy it from me at almost 100k below value.
My mother has literally been my best friends my entire life and she had NEVER done anything like this before. But then I started looking back and noticed how she has manipulated me my entire life. So to answer your question on my HR now is back to normal. But it came with the price of losing my mother. I have completely removed her from my life and now I’m at peace. It’s so sad for me but I can’t let ANYONE make me feel in such a way that it affects my health.
      Thanks again

After a couple of panic attacks a few years ago, I learned to do this kind of breathing and it works every time! I worked as an R.N. for several years at our state mental hospital and I had a close friend who was a behavioral psychologist. He had the equipment in his office that he tested patients with. I tried it one day and with the breathing, visually saw on the screen, my b/p and pulse decrease, so I know it works. When I would feel like an episode was starting, I would immediately do the breathing and it stops it in it's tracks! Thanks!

Yes he is loving his Neighbour. Have you ever lied even once, stolen anything, used God’s name in vain, looked with lust or worse sexual sins? Then you’re not a good person in God’s eyes and in terrible danger of the judgement of God which will send you to hell (a terrible place of pain and sadness FOREVER & EVER & EVER & EVER….). Remember God is the Holiest such that one small lie will induce his severe wrath. Good news is Jesus died on the cross so that you may receive forgiveness of AALL YOUR SINS (No matter how bad or how many). But you aren’t forgiven unless you REPENT OF YOUR SINS & BELIEVE IN JESUS AS YOUR GOD (repentance means turning from sin and doing your absolute best not to do it again, also ask Jesus to rid you of addictions that you’re struggling to shake away-James 4:7). God has blessed us with Great food to eat (kings in the past don’t eat like we do today), shelter, freedoms, fun, medicine, pets to enjoy their company, friends, nice music to listen to and many more things to enjoy. Yet we don’t give him thanks, Blaspheme his HOLY name etc God wants to give the free gift of eternal life (9999999999999999999999999… years of extreme happiness) but we need to humble ourselves and turn from our wicked ways Believe in Jesus (God wants to have a relationship with you-like a father and his children). Think about why you’re reading this message (Everything happens for a reason) Get saved today since tomorrow is not promised (not everyone lives to 80+); Enter God’s rest; God is taking desperate measures to reach you all because the time is short. Thanks for reading this message & let me know if you have any questions. th-cam.com/video/xfLNcBeXKdY/w-d-xo.html

I start at mornings BP 160-180 .Just by going out in the garden, pottering about attending to the essential things. After an hour get back to taking another reading. Doing all the routine advised method of taking the reading. Tell my mind, get under 150 , just think it. Repeat it till you are convincing yourself it will happen. Take a reading 150 or near it, do another 5 minutes later same routine140 print it in behind closed eyes. Reading 140 there about. Proof it is you who is in control of your body, by your requests. Or for the Biblical way, believe, “Ask and thou shall be given”. It has that proviso, you must believe in your body taking instructions from you. As it can instruct you with signals you can do the reverse. DNA obeys us. If we believe.
It won’t work other wise, could say it’s like a prayer, but must be genuine thought. Plus, no one but you knows you are doing it, so nothing to lose, or be embarrassed about.

Always first be checked by your doctor and then you can use some of the following exercises and little tricks to lower your stress and make a shift from sympathetic to parasympathetic :
Aerobic exercise, positive mental attitude, relaxing, breathing technique : sitting up breath in, hold, breathe out through the mouth calming your body in 5-8 seconds, pulse and blood pressure come down. Or you may use some of the following little exercises: Valsalva maneuver - stimulating the vagus nerve. Carotid sinus massage 5-10 sec very lightly - this is also slowing down the heart rate and the blood pressure - The dive reflex - put the face under cold water - and eat primarily a low fat whole food plant based diet

So grateful for Dr. mandel and videos like this. I wake up sometimes in the middle of the night after I’ve had a couple drinks and eaten and my heart rate and blood pressure will be up and racing. Not sure what the coronation of alcohol and food is to triggering my heart and blood pressure especially since I don’t drink or eat that much but when it happens and my anxiety goes up, videos like this really help.

    • @judymiller5154

you probably have histamine intolerance as alcohol is a huge trigger and racing heart is a common problem. A lot of "healthy" foods are also, like tomato, spinach, avocado, and aged/fermented like yogurt, sauerkraut, blue cheese. Google MCAS, histamine intolerance, and the SIGHI food list. Check out the facebook support group "Histamine Intolerance". Hope this helps.

I have no faith left in most Dr's.. mine is pathetic. I must change him. He knows I have health anxiety. He knows I panic when I see him. He takes my BP while I'm siting there...with rapid heart rate and anxiety....
Than tells me it's high" WELL NO SH*T!!
WHEN I GET HOME IT WONT BE LIKE THAT---. 190/125
I GET HOME AND WITHIN 20MINS ITS DOWN TO --126/105 HE WANTS TO PUT ME ON BP meds. I refused. He's going by HIS office readings!
What's wrong some Dr's? I don't understand how utterly ignorant they can be when it comes to understanding the mental anguish people with anxiety and panic disorder and phobias face.
I don't sleep through night before I have a Dr appointment. I dread it so much.

I make sure I drink water as well. However, I still have racing heart but some early mornings are better than others.
