I lowered my blood pressure in the back of an ambulance after a very serious car collision. I imagined a white cloud of LOVE wrapping around and around me. BP dropped to normal immediately! (no drugs were given to me) 🥰🥰

That’s what doctors do. Prescribing. It’s their ONLY job. Their ONLY understanding. Some like Porsches and Bugattis, though, they can tell you about their collection(??) but that doesn’t help their patients much. There are other people you have to seek out if you don’t want pills or injectables, that’s just how it is here.

To most doctors, scientists and especially government officials you're just a number! I don't get why most people don't see it. Look at the pandemic with .02% death rate ... Diabetes, heart attacks and cancer have exponentially higher death rates but the officials don't shut down the economy...

three years hypertension but also have some 80% blockages in my heart, so maybe borrowed time, left my 15 year high stress job role, been on medication for blood high pressure and cholesterol for three years, had enough of the meds, eight different pills was too much, now down to three and I feel way better now i can think again. back into exercising and walking i can now tell when i need to raise my BP as my legs suffer a little from claudication, but slowly balancing every thing that allows me to get back into being as fit as i used to be.
Definitely been a journey, at one stage i could hardly walk without my legmuscles cramping up from lack of Blood flow, nearly all good now looking at ways to lessen creation of plaque by lowering inflamation from outside sources.

I have had thick blood for a long time. Blood samples taken no need for bandages. Pinpricks for testing blood sugar would produce a nice round ball of blood. Too thick, too thin, not good? After taking vitamin K, I noticed pinprick produce thin runny blood samples. I got blood spot in my eye. Then my BP came down to normal. I can’t believe it.
But there are a few different kinds of K2. I think I take MK4 and MK7. You’ll have to research the matter.
      😉 good luck,

Yes and no. When I lived in a hot climate and had a pool yes. Now not so much. Nevertheless each time you take a bath or shower, you are in effect grounding your body. Don’t believe me? Grab an electric cord while taking a shower. But you may not live long enough to realize your mistake. It only takes about 100 micro amps to stop your heart.

As a retired RN I diagnosed a woman at my exercise class with a cholesterol problem. She had leg cramps and I asked if shecwas taking a statin and she was surprised. I told her she needed CO q10 because of the statin. She later told me her doctor said she didn't need it but her pharmacist said yes she did.

Yes, recently prescribed statin, but will never take it. More people are seeing what damage they do , and it is based on a flawed theory. Doctors are part of the big pharma sales machine, and it is in their interests to prescribe and prescribe. They have very litle if any training or knowledge on nutrition.

I just happened to come across your video while scanning my U tube channel tonight. I am having problem with my blood pressure. I am also overweight. I started working Walmart Sept. 30; two years ago weighting 215 at 5 ft2. I now weight 179. Trying to get back to a normal size 14. The size I normally wear. I am not a salt eater but I do like sweet. I found out that I was addicted to sugar. I do a lot of walking at Walmart. However I complain of issues of stress at Walmart causing my blood pressure to increase. Clothes on floor, items not purchased and left in my department of Apparel. ,theft and attitude of co-workers. I am doing what I need to do at 78, I am going to terminate this job and enjoy my my life. Get back to good health. I recently been told my kidney is declining and I have never had problems with my kidney before. I admit I was not drinking enough of water but sweet tea and other. I was never offer medication but told by VA doctor to drink more water continue to eat healthy. Plus I was not sleeping enough due to watching tv series at night till am. I am very glad to come across your video. I do not take medication not on pain meds.

#BP I had 149/99 mm Hg pulse of 95 bpm and changed to whole food plant based no sugar no oil no salt diet (WFPB-SOS) , walked 30 minutes 3 to 4 times per week, dumbbells and intermittent fasting . Lost 50 pounds in 10 months 2 years ago. Now (today) my blood pressure is 114/69 mm Hg pulse of 63 bpm. This year I will try to lose 50 pounds again. Getting rid of fruit juice, soft drinks, alcohol and refined foods is key. I get my fats from seeds and nuts, but often only 30 grams per day if I want to lose weight. To much fat inside muscle and liver cells causes insulin resistance (fasting, exercise and removing excess fat from diet reverse type II diabetes and insulin resistance).
#cholesterol getting off meat lowered cholesterol.
#diabetes I also reversed my type II diabetes on WFPB-SOS

Thank you Dr. Osborne for this information. I have been dealing with high blood pressure since I was 35! I didn’t take the news too well, I thought it was unfair, I don’t eat fried/fast food, chips, donuts, etc. Most of what I eat is broiled & I weighed 115. I was put on a diuretic which on a hot day I discovered was very dangerous since I was eliminating water I was drinking to stay cool like crazy!! I was put on several other bp meds & I swear I was foggy brained, difficult time remembering things & I didn’t like that. I started reading researching & control my bp now with garlic, potassium/magnesium. No more brain fog/forgetfulness. 🎉 I used to spend $250!!! For a heart “specialist” who didn’t ask the right questions or provide the right info. It was always try this pill, that pill. I remember being given a bp med that made me feel soooo awful, I fell to the floor & could not stand up to walk!!! When I told the doc, she would not accept it had been the bp med!! That was the last of frkn bp meds & so called “specialist” for me!!!😣

For me hbp is a combo of overweight and lack of cardio excercise. I did both and was able to come off hydrochlorothiazide and was down to around 100 to 110 over 60 to 70 from average 180 over 95 or thereabouts without meds. Then during covid I gained back a ton of weight and went back on meds. Now I again lost about 55 lbs but did not keep up with exercise like I did the first time and I now average about 150 over 90 without meds and without cardio exercise. I'm going to try to force myself back onto the stationary bike as that is key to lowering bp.

Lifting weights has helped me. I'm doing arm exercises. Started out with 3lb hand weights. Progressed to 5lbs. Now I'm doing 8lb hand weights. I love seeing and feeling the little muscles on biceps and triceps growing and firming up my flabby arms. 😊
Now I've started doing stair stepping. Started with doing 60 steps before my thighs started hurting. Now I'm doing 110 steps. My stepper is set on the hard to push down side. Otherwise I think I would be doing more. I'm 65 years old. I've lost 23 lbs. so far. I've lowered my blood pressure some. I've lowered my cholesterol levels to 181. My doctor is still pushing me to go back on medication. I've been off my meds for 2 years.

Thank you Dr Osborne for these informative videos. Teaching us as a class, instead of treating us as "ignorant patients"... You make us feel that we are in this together. I've lowered my BP on my own. Every diet my past doctors put me on made me gain weight and increased my BP.. Keto/carnivore integrated with supplements has helped me lower it dramatically and improve/balance my cholesterol levels. I appreciate all you doctors on both sides of the isle. Dr Berg although a chiropractor, started me on my education journey and you both teach the same way. I am a visual person and seeing this written down helps a lot. Dr.Ken Berry has contributed much as well. You three are the triad in my life, other than God Himself. You three and others are a blessing to us from Him. Thank you sir!

Dr Osborne thank you very much for the knowledge that you have given. I am allergic to fish but I have been eating it for a long time and my blood pressure has been very high. Most of the time it has been almost over 180\120 and pulse of 150 and I ended up having heart failure, stroke and now diabetic so I am on the following medications, mediformin, carvedilo l,aspirin, atorvaststin ,anapril,b complex dapazin.l appreciate the information you information provided l feel like l developing kidney problem. At first I was put on atorvastatin 80 mg per day. I tried to tell the doctor to reduce the dose but he refused I wish I could show you my laboratory results so that you could advise. I felt that the stating dose was too high for me and it could have been cause for the complications that I have now. My glucose level s are around 4.5 and 5,5mmol/l ,body mass 55.6kg over a period of seven months my height is 160cm. Would it be okay for me to me to gain more weight .Apart from the medications prescribed by the doctor. I also take apple cider vinegar. Please help me

My high bp is such a mystery. I’m on 3 meds, yet a couple months ago it spiked very suddenly to 220/100. I was very dizzy. My cardiologist ran tests including echocardiogram and all normal. I’m not obese, but quite small at 5’ 1, 110 lbs, workout daily at gym and walk a lot, easy going personality, I don’t smoke and only drink occasionally. I take lots of supplements, incl magnesium! One cup of coffee a day. Eat mostly keto/carnivore. Doctor has no idea why I have high bp. Even on the meds it is still high, averaging 145/75.

If you are on or drinking any diuretics, they could be depleting your potassium levels. Some Blood Pressure pills do that. Coffee too.
An average sized person should be getting 4,700mg of potassium per day. Since you are so small, I believe you could consider your requirement to be less. I'm 5'4" and it's near impossible for me to get 4,700mg of potassium per day without taking an electrolyte that includes 1,000mg of potassium per serving plus additional trace minerals. I feel much better when I drink these electrolytes.
