    If you drink water in good quantity, it will be beneficial, take 60 percent salt instead 100 percent. First and foremost firmula is always living smiling in every situation leaving all your tensions on omnipresent. Besides do exercises,pranayam and walking,exercises while your blood pressure is not too high. Learn technique to be free of thoughts and relaxing your body,mind,muscles whenever you can. Definitely within 6 week it will be right completely. Besides take fruits and juices of carrort,dhaniya,ghiya,tamatoe etc. Do not eat too much spucy oily foods. Better to take in as much which do not raise BP. Believe in self and never panic while your BP is high

    This is pretty awesome. It actually works. My BP was just 188 over 120 and about 60 seconds of deep breaking later, it was 161 over 117. Not great by any means, but that's a pretty dramatic change.

    The first test dropped both by 4 points each. 148/88 to 144/84
    After the 2. test 137/85 then after the next test 143/85 then after the Diaphragm 132/82 and after the last one 133/85.
    Looks that for me the diaphragm is doing the best with bringing my BP down. 👍👍🙏🙏

    FYI Next time when you do this experiment, try this: 1) measure your blood pressure 2) do NOTHING that includes do not do deep breathing 3) wait for 30 seconds 4) re-measure your blood pressure and you'll find your blood pressure dropped significantly. No, i am not trying to negate the deep breathing technique. I just want to point out that the meadurement and evaluation of the blood pressure drop in 30 seconds may not be as accurate as claimed. But overall the deep breathing is widely accepted techniq for lowering the blood pressure and it may work for someone in some time period

    • @JudyT868
      @JudyT868 ปีที่แล้ว

      @joe-qw3id. You are right. I don't know much about this deep-breathing technique but I take my blood pressure at least 5 times and it fluctuates, the same thing my nurse practitioner does. If the first reading is ok, then she uses that reading. Everyone's body is different. Here in Canada our normal reading is 135/75. I really don't have the time to do all this deep-breathing. Is this woman a medical doctor? Garlic will do the trick. What she is doing is teaching people how to relax. Ever heard of 'white coat syndrome'? It's when you take your blood pressure at home and it's normal but when you go to the doctor, the blood pressure reading is high because we tend to become nervous and tense, hence the reason why they tell you to sit still, feet resting on the floor and relax.🇹🇹🇨🇦

    I think this is where Zhan Zhuang exercise can shine. While your body needs a lot of energy to stay in this position ("burning calories"), you try to breath slow and lower the blood pressure and heart rate. that not only "burns calories" but these calories are coming from body fat. the relaxation allows to lower cortisol that also reduces gluconeogenesis in the liver. that leads to a slightly lower blood sugar level, reduces insulin and that increases lipolysis which leads to more fat burning. in a fasting situation that can also speed up autophagy.
    So, breathing exercise makes absolutely sense.

      Good information but remind everyone to be careful when they 'exhale' coz if they overdo it they can breathe all the co2 leaving none to induce the next inhale of oxygen which would be fatal.

    To bring down bp, without meducines daily eat handfull of watermelonseeds, one banana in breakfast, lunch and in evening dinner. Take green juices is juices of mint leaves, corriander leaves with a dash of kemon juice and honey, thrice daily. Add tomatoes to your food, eat one petal if raw garlic keeping it in your food, chew it thoroughly and swallow. Directly eating garlic hurts your mouth.
