Thanks king! Gotta do this on my 2012 Avenger tomorrow (front right), good use of my 4th of July 😂 But nothing goes better together than car maintenance and a cold brew on a holiday!
Thanks for posting. Problem, I'm no mechanic, so saying "unclip the wire connection" without saying how to unclip the connected wires really doesn't help. I watched 4 other videos and each bypasses how to unclip the connected wires in the engine compartment.
Had somebody change out my speed sensor on my 2012 Dodge avenger. When he pulled out the old one there was a bracket that broke off behind wheel bearing. He told me that it didn't need to be put in there that it could just hang loose. We got everything hooked up and the ABS and traction control light is still on and my brakes still feel like they're getting on ice. Does that mean he needs to take out the broken plastic in there and and push it in correctly?
I pulled the little red tab out (towards the front of the car) and then I used a socket extension and lightly tapped the plug (towards the interior) from the top. Came out easy once i tapped it@@securityguardcommand9792
I'm about to have to dive into replacing one on my 2013 avenger rt.If I find something out on it I will post it here. Its ALWAYS more difficult that it looks to be.

I’m having problems Geri g it un clipped in the engine bay. Does the red go towards the connection or away or do I pull it up ? Thanks
How do you know if the sensor needs replacing?? What does the car do cuz ive been expiriencing little jumps when the traction control light pops up
Well it's called traction control for a reason you're car won't have the same control when you drive in the rain in slippery surfaces
is a 2013 dodge avenger the same do I have to replace the whole wheel hub
Thanks for a helpful video
Hi how are you doin today are you supposed to change 2 or all 4 of them on a 2013 dodge avenger?
Had to subscribe made me laugh when you dropped the pic
Thank you for your subscription and watching my video
Thank you
how can you tell what wheel sensor is bad? Thanks
I used my OBD2 scanner. You can order cheaper ones from Amazon or AutoZone can scan it for you
Thanks
You didn't show how to unplug the cable. I cannot get it to come loose and I'm afraid of breaking the clip.
I cannot get the connector loose at all. Which way is the red tab supposed to go to unlock it?
