It is not the wrinkles around the eyes that make you look older. It is the sagging lower cheek area, the jowls. To prevent this sagging this exercise may be effecitve. I feel the upper cheek muscles burning doing this exercise. I think that may really work when doing it on a regular basis.

Strong zygomaticus muscles should in theory lift the nasolabial folds, buccolabial folds, jowls. if i have to choose between lifted face with eye wrinkles and no eye wrinkles with saggy face, I'll probably prefer the first option. I'm wondering if we can do weaker contractions that don't affect the skin around the eyes and get some benefits of the exercise at the same time.

I don’t really have a set routine or anything but I excercise my face every day, and I massage my face every night to stimulate circulation - I use Gua Sha Chinese massage stones, got my set from Amazon - and a face cream to make my skin slippery, and it’s relaxing too 😄

@@pnevlud I imagine so, the fillers are in there with your still working muscles (it's not like it's Botox in there) so the exercise will still do its job on them. Good luck

I wouldn't recommend it. you could lose also weight and dont worry about face yoga everday of your life
