If I pass my exams it will be having found these three lectures on HRM this week and not anything I learned this past ten weeks at Uni! Thank you - you might just have saved me from a failed mark.

Sir, you say HR function is not an important function. But I believe that all the other functions do their job skillfully because of the HR function. Because they find right people for the job, they find ways through many process such appraisals , benefits to keep the employees motivated and do their job skillfully. They find ways to retain good talents. As said marketing team is important because they sell even the worst products but the best talents in marketing is brought to the organization by HR.

Do I have use HR against my boss? She was upset I had signed up for a one-person shift. The manager below her rank (a 24/25-year-old man) is supposed to organize and keep an eye on who works which shifts on the schedule. Our boss scolded him for not noticing I had signed up to go solo for a coffee service, I believe. When she asked him if she thought I could do the shift, I answered for him with a firm "yes," because I felt belittled by her. She said she didn't think so, was all "I've told you not to sign up for shifts by yourself, I've been very clear about that, I don't know how much clearer I can get for you to listen" (something like, that, so I'm not perfectly quoting her), and she told me I need someone there to give me instructions and guide me. That was very insensitive and harsh, and I think that if she said that to a person with a learning disability, they would be hurt and deem her a bigot. I should've told her that, to make a point to her about tact. Can I go to HR for this?

So we understand the entire life cycle is a cyclic innovation afterwards a recession hit blindly or the consumers sentiment is likewise, for a certain type of customer it's like whenever he will have money he will be getting there to buy the product, the big boom in the section comes up with the promotional events triggers immediate diligence to the customer,as we look down to the innovation and thinks of the marginal utility by quality or quantity then the sales phenomena comes in the segregation comes in.
