Aptly put forth the trends and underlying concepts and insights. HR itself needs to change the way they look at themselves and take a complete organizational point of view to be a true value adding and business driving function. Staying relevant both for organization and employees at the same time and coming up with strategies which best address the dual expectations in objective and fair manner shall be the key. Easier said than done shall be the challenge to get internal buy in and voice on the table and the credibility and the respect to be heard and acted upon. Looking forward to next videos.....

This is an awesome video. “The End of BS Jobs” is probably my favorite initiative. Transparency is the key to winning in the digital age. I think prospects would be more willing to join a company with that key differential in mind.

Brilliant insights! This is sure to be a powerful start to 2024 for HR. I love the theme of silos to solutions, and I'm very curious to know how the role of HR administrators and operations specialists will change. Currently, these people manage payroll, benefits, and onboarding, most of which could be automated through GAI in the future. But what will happen to these professionals? How will their roles shift? What skills will they need to acquire? And which solution box will they fit into?
This report has left me with lot to think about and I am excited to explore the operating models in further detail, Thanks again! Great Job!

Technical observation - The secondary camera setup is a bit weird. The setup can be placed at least 30 degrees away from the main camera. That way it solved the issue of jump cut and it provides the necessary variation.

I'm not... I work in Talent Acquisition.. where you need really to be an image of the company, sell the job and sell the purpose of the job... I think AI can make my life much easier by doing the first round of screening CVs (still I feel it is not accurate) .. it can help me with the operational part of the job but AI would never replace me.

AI has less affect on HR roles, it rather act as an augmented tool thru HR solutions. Unless you really are a high cost resource/employee, you shouldn't be worried.
