Defective Rog Ally reset/ formatted/ nothing working - Asus support does not respond

Guys avoid Rog Ally - there customer support is horrible in India. After 1 month - device started crackling sound , joy stick drift , became unusable. Tried to connect support but they are kind of silent after 1/2 replay.
