04:12 disciple should 've used left leg to finish the set not right leg, its okay I would call it more emphasis to Lord Suryadev only :-) Starting of Suryanamaskar with right leg forward (down south, we call it veerasana means brave or bold position). Note for all yoga researchers - any body part right side denotes sun suryakala OR Pingala style and anything left side leg etc will denote the moon ie Chandrakala OR Ida. The demo is good and fine, I am not pointing out any mistake all I am saying is in Suryanamaskar Besides the Sun God, importance or acknowledgment is also shown to earth, Sky, Moon and to life attitude or phases. Ok let me try and create a video on this and post it asap. Siddhamarg south Indian version of Suryanamaskar. My pranams to the Guru Mata in this video of The Yoga Institute. The flexibility for youngsters and old people differs. Here a teenager shows 'hastapadasana' very easily? Is it possible for a sixty year old beginner to perform Surynamaskar as shown by this slim teenager?
I agree with you. They should show older people doing Yoga otherwise it looks like those big brand advert like Clinique or L'Oréal which uses young models for anti aging cream.
