Be careful out there! It’ll creep up on you! I live in Las Vegas and we’ve been pushing 120 degrees. Water isn’t enough. Gotta have water with electrolytes and try out a neck fan. I’m starting out with small neighborhood repairs and found the fan to do wonders. People are dying out here in the heat so I’m glad you are okay. Stay safe, bro!💯
Great suggestions. I haven't replaced mine because of the heat. Thinking of doing the rails inside and install at 6 am. Of course, I meant the opener, not the door.
seems like the door isnt balanced correctly due to it falling by itself when you've let it go. Is it because you haven't installed the operator yet? Or are the springs are too weak?
Yeah once i got the second door installed and finished the openers, I made my final adjustments. Your very correct, a door, especially a new one should not be falling at all. But again, this was the day I got way too hot and started feeling sick. Bad headache etc…so i just started breezing through everything atleast on camera.
At least those doors lasted a long time. I wished you could have recorded the whole thing but I understand you can’t take it anymore with this heat the best thing to do is when you go out to job site take a case of water and a cooler with you
Man I had like 6 bottles of water. Downed em all. Learned the hard way better more prepared than that. I got me a big cooler and fan now! can’t have that happen again.
Nice job. Bro
thank you
You really need a strut anytime you have an operator. Also in this case it would have hidden that dent in the top section.
Lol you guys don’t get it. You don’t know how to play the back door game at all! Thanks for your comment!

Thank you so much. Yeah, I normally do ok but for some reason this episode crept up on me and took my by surprise real quick. Stay safe as well!
