GROUND BEEF W/ MIX VEGGIES

Ground Beef with Mixed Veggies.
Sautéed mixed veggies, chopsuey like vegetable dish. I simply cook the ground beef first then add the carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, celery etc. You can put the veggies in no particular order, all the veggies I put can be eaten raw so it doesn't matter if you want them half cooked or overcooked. This dish is very flexible, you can basically put any vegetable and any meat of your choice. You may replace the beef with pork, chicken or even mixed seafood. Its very easy to make and absolutely delicious.
