Purple Flatbread

Purple Flatbread. I used my leftover dough from ube pandesal and tried to make my own version of Flatbread. I simply brushed the salad dressing to my dough, and added the feta Cheese, sweet tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Baked at 350° F for 25mins and voila... I've made a very delicious flatbread. Try it and you will surely love it.

Quick trip to Harrison lake. Less tuan 2hours drive from city of vancouver. Great place for a quick escape from the city. Very relaxing beautiful nature.

This is the closest park in my house. 15mins walk from my place. We love coming here to have some picnic during summer, play volleyball or simply walk the dog.

Ground Beef with Mixed Veggies. Sautéed mixed veggies, chopsuey like vegetable dish. I simply cook the ground beef first then add the carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, celery etc. You can put the veggies in no particular order, all the veggies I put can be eaten raw so it doesn't matter if you want them half cooked or overcooked. We love Dim sum! Dim sum is a large variety of small dishes that Asian people normally eat at restaurants for breakfast and lunch. This specific dim sum place we went to is one of our favorites, not only that they have a lot of variety of dishes and so delicious and have friendly staff, this restaurant is just 5 minutes drive (actually walking distance) from our house. Cravings satisfied!
