My husband left me and my daughter In Florida 6 weeks after we immigrated. 6 weeks after that Covid started and I was a single mom alone in a country with zero support. I think maybe you are new to what he is doing. Look at his videos from a higher vantage point. You are right about the self promotion but I’ll defend him. He has shared an incredible amount of knowledge for many years- totally gratis. Many, many, many have benefited from what he has shared over the years. His experience has allowed all concerned a win win win. He fulfills his desire to improve the caliber of realtors out there, we get to learn how to run circles around the competition and he gets another income stream. I’d highly suggest looking at all his videos.
