  • In today's video, I'm going to show you three quick & easy command buttons you can add to your task supertag so you can spend less time managing tasks and more time actually doing tasks.
I find that a lot of people are still not using commands either because they don't know how, they don't know what they can do with them OR it all just seems a little complex.
So in this video - I want to help fix all three of those issues. Managing stuff in Tana as great. But having to open & close nodes all the time to change fields can be annoying. And that's where buttons can be your best friend.

Damn, this animation of you going to the side and the Arc interface appearing to the right turned out SUPERB! chef’s kiss af. Which video editor do you use?

Thanks Fabio! It's pretty sweet. I used OBS to set it up so I have to do minimum video editing now. I'm doing a bonus video this week on how I set it up. Should be live over the weekend!

Great Video Ev! Is there a way to add an option instead of changing it? So instead of changing the status from Incoming to Parked, simply add Parked to Incoming? I want to use this as a habit tracker of sorts. I know I can just use checkboxes, but I prefer options. So my field would be "Movement" and of course have different options, such as Yoga and Walking. The Problem I'm running into is, when I already have the field set to Walking and click the Yoga Button, it simply replaces Walking, but that's not what I want, I want it to simply add "Yoga", rather than replacing what's already there.

it's amazing!! And I have a question, which I want to create a button to change the view from table to cards. But what if I want to add some conditons in the card view, for example, group by time or date, how can it be done?
