I didn't know this was a thing. Now i know why i always feel fat even when i was 49kg. I tho my tummy big because of digestion problem or genetic. So i tried this with her posture playlist and now its the second day and i lost 3cm from my waist! Will keep doing it for weeks
@@dishamagnani5711 i did the workout for 2 weeks straight and i lost 2cm more. Now I'm doing it every other day with other workout. I can definitely feel more straight posture right after workout. But still you gotta aware of your posture so it wont back to bad

Honestly thank you for making this, I've been suffering from this for a long time and its cause my hips to pop out of place and crack a lot. I went to a chiropractor one and all he told me was that I needed electrical pulse therapy to relieve the tension and he was wrong cause it made it a whole lot worse.
I had spinal fusion for scoliosis a yera ago and I was in pain every single day since. I usually had to just lay down and take painkillers to fix it, but this was instant relief. I'm so happy

Hi I broke my wrist two years ago and I had similar problems (I couldn’t do push-ups or handstands). I started to do small things to try to get it back to the way it was. I did 2 push-ups a day and added one more each day for a month. I also stretch it before I exercise by doing little wrist circles so maybe you could just try extending your elbow and bringing it back in. I feel like the stuff I did really helped and maybe you could try something like this? I still can’t do a handstand lol but that mights just be me
@@bellap.2131 I'm pretty sure you'll be able to do it 💜 I did many exercises daily and I'm still doing them to extend my arm, it got a little bit better now but it still can't extend it, i even had some massage appointments but it didn't help. I went to the doctor yesterday and he told me that the problem is in the muscles and maybe when my arm got broken, the bones injured the muscles or something.. I can't really explain what he said😅 he told me that i can have a surgery but it's so risky and dangerous and it may become paralyzed 💔 i think I'll just work hard and accept it this way
