I am a Yoga teaching trainee. In chair pose, it is difficult for me not not arch my back. Maybe with those exercises, I can fix that.

That tilt is making me crazy. I wanna share a problem m facing coz of the tilt. Whenever i wear my pants, it feels ok when m standing but when i sit down on a chair, pants get so tight on my stomach. As if my butt is pulling ma pants back nd stomach is getting pressed. Also there is so much gap betw my spine and Pants waistline.
I dont know if m able to explain ma problem . Hope u get it.😢
Wanna know is it bcoz of the tilt or smthing else. Pls make a video on this too.
