2001-2004 Oldsmobile Silhouette
2001-2005 Chevrolet Venture
Keep in mind that you will need to reprogram your original remotes during the procedure if you had any.

when you're turning the key, you say "back, off, back, off" are you going to the accessory position? And then are you staying in accessory position when opening and closing the door?

This actually is not working for me. New battery in key fob, but when I follow the pairing steps, this happens…
Remove fuse, shut doors, back/off/back, open door. The car proceeds to beep as follows.
Beep,beep beep, beep beep beep
(It does this 3 times) then nothing while holding the lock/unlock buttons on fob. I have also tried holding the buttons on fob during its beeping session but nothing still
I have a 2002 Grand Prix, and I can't get this to work. I removed the fuse and everything. Is there another fuse that I might have to take out as well? Also, for some reason, I can't turn my key back towards me at all no matter what I try or which key I use. It will only allow me to turn it away from me. What am I doing wrong?
I hated the buzzer and disabled it. Without the buzzer, it is impossible to program another. I can only use the key or manual locks on my 2002.

Only way to program for that is at a locksmith or a dealership.... it takes a GM Tech II to do it.

Hi tried to program my aftermarket FOB'S from wholesale-24-7 on eBay to my 2002 Grand Prix SE. They look exactly like the ones you had in the video. I did exactly as video. Now when I go to open the driver's door it had a normal warning chime start, but in your video it didn't. There was only the still normal chime dinging twice more after the door closed. No remote would program. Pease help!
The acc is turning it forwards you (counter clockwise) one notch not the mode that allows ac to run

Make sure your "Lock Out" button is not pushed down, or it won't work.
Ben Gunn I got mine to work but it won't unlock it just locks I have to put my key back in and start it for it to unlock
