Back in 99 and up to 2004 I did a lot of drawings for Baja Fresh. I did their shop drawings for their kitchen equipment and back of house. It was a great experience for me as I had to get a job right after high school to help my family and it was them and all the project managers that believed in me and my talent. I learned so much about manufacturing, cabinet construction and using AutoCAD. I was a self taught draftsman and without them and their projects, I wouldn’t have worked at a great architecture firm in LA. In addition, there are scholarships for college for just about anyone. The best way to make money in America, in current times, is to be an entrepreneur. Being a country which has an economy inspired by capitalism, it would be very easy to see how our system of business might be very strange to those who do not understand capitalism.
