Man who has walked to work for years gifted car

- IDAHO FALLS -- For Christon Gray, walking to two jobs in chilly weather was just a part of his everyday routine.
A number of local business owners saw Gray's on-foot commutes and wanted to make his travel time a lot shorter.
So they decided to get together and give him a used Toyota Avalon.
“We just figured out a way where we could all pool together and put some money in and help him with a ride,” New Image Car Wash owner Trent Birth says.
Owners from Branded Auto in Rigby rallied at least 20 businesses to sponsor the car for Gray. The car was brought into New Image Auto, where Gray and other workers were assigned to wash it. When Gray went to give the keys back, people from the community were waiting in the lobby to surprise him.
"It was all a surprise to me," Gray says. "It’s a great opportunity to have some transportation."
Ladies, that's a real man. Taking care of business. He really deserves this break.

You said it. A man trying to do right by his family and community. I mean if his employers care enough that they think he deserves a new car, he probably deserves it! Damn this makes me want to move to Idaho, Nebraskans aren’t half as nice to their community😢

@@itsnotjames yeah he definitely kind of ruined it adding that in as if that's what all Black folk do... There are plenty of White folk, Asian folk, Hispanic folk etc that do that too... There was no point in even adding that into the comment and the only reason he did was because it was a black guy. Not to mention why would the guy be thumping his chest and dripping with swagger at work?.... There's a time and a place for everything and most people even the ignorant folk that do "thump their chest" aren't going to be acting like that at work and are going to be following dress code.
