They are both druggies but still, they let him out after 2 maybe 3 years and 9 months later he’s back in prison for violation of parole breaking and entering with a gun.

Well, if I had to guess he grabbed the first guy on the highway (after the guy stopped because of a pedestrian on the roadway) and literally yanked him out of the car. The guy is 6'4" and 200 some odd pounds. A pair of handcuffs can be used to strangle someone. It's one of the reasons the cuffs are supposed to be behind the person's back. They would also hurt pretty bad if he used them to smack someone in the face or head. The person with the Camaro may have been in his driveway cleaning his car with the keys in it. This video doesn't make it clear. This guy is big, mean, and apparently likes to intimidate people. Things happen fast.

as someone that worked corrections for over 14 years and some of that was hospital duty, they screwed up at the hospital. there is no reason why he was not secured to that bed either by hand or leg at all times, if you take the leg shackle off you have an hand secured and vice versa. top of that they should of gotten hospital security to help.

The police had every reason to require him to get out of a lunging position before giving him a potential weapon. Well, if I had to guess he grabbed the first guy on the highway (after the guy stopped because of a pedestrian on the roadway) and literally yanked him out of the car. The guy is 6'4" and 200 some odd pounds. A pair of handcuffs can be used to strangle someone. It's one of the reasons the cuffs are supposed to be behind the person's back. They would also hurt pretty bad if he used them to smack someone in the face or head. The person with the Camaro may have been in his driveway cleaning his car with the keys in it. This video doesn't make it clear. This guy is big, mean, and apparently likes to intimidate people. Things happen fast.

as someone that worked corrections for over 14 years and some of that was hospital duty, they screwed up at the hospital. there is no reason why he was not secured to that bed either by hand or leg at all times, if you take the leg shackle off you have an hand secured and vice versa. top of that they should of gotten hospital security to help.
