@14:35 The highest calling in law enforcement is caring for the safety of everyone, regardless of their past.
Even though they know he's a murder suspect, these officers beg for a safe resolution.

Regardless of their past? Are you serious? You're clearly NOT a LEO. A murderer fleeing from police then spiked and got a PIT then walks down the interstate with a gun...that's not who you give a chocolate chip cookie to and sit and "work things out."

I'm a working dog handler with over a decade of experience. The handler was correct and its annoying listening to non-handlers in the video insist he send the dog.
The handler didnt want the suspect to have enough reaction time to line up a shot at his dog. He wanted to be close enough so that the dog could disrupt both escape AND return fire from the suspect. If he would have released the dog from way back there you're basically just needlessly sacrificing the dog.
To be clear working dogs ARE secondary to human life but that doesn't mean you just toss the dog into the grave without a care.

Because I don't know if it's a murderer or if it's just somebody wanting to end their life or whatever and they know that if they try and pit a car that fast it's going to hurt other people on the interstate I'm from right where this happened right where it started is where I used to live right where it ended is where I live now which is very weird

Their concern was for the safety of innocent people and they desperately tried to end the situation peacefully. They did what they had to do to protect innocent bystanders that were ahead. I’m confused by your verbiage… you’re saying that you’re never amazed that most people yield to emergency vehicles, like it doesn’t surprise you that only a few people fail to yield, which is quite the opposite of what typically happens. That might actually be what you meant to say, but I think a more accurate statement would be… “It never ceases to amaze me how few people yield (or how many people fail to yield) to an emergency vehicle running with its lights on.” I’m truly not being rude, just confused about what you meant.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) is a very professional law enforcement agency. If you choose to run, you will be caught. The individual was given multiple opportunities to terminate the event and save his life. He chose to decline all those options. The officers fired 1 (one) shot and terminated the event and the life of the individual. I am not an LEO, just an Ohio citizen that is thankful for the OSHP.

This is one of the most horrific police chase that I have ever seen. The fast forward that was done gave me a head rush and this was so powerful how the police officer's worked together and put safety first for everyone involved ! Also wanted to add that the policeman wasn't going to put his dog in danger , that's his partner, isn't it ?

You work all day, you dont feel connected to your job... you have no spare money, no free time, you'll never be able to afford your own home... its incredibly hard to find a good partner nowadays, so you dont feel accountable to them, you dont feel accountable to your nation as they're engaging in imperialist wars abroad and are an oligarchy that does not serve you.
its no wonder people end up like this. Especially in a country where violence is so glorified. It doesnt have to be this way... in the USSR there was not even one school shooting. And guns were pretty accessible. China has had like 2 deaths via police since 2019.
