@mercy903 They were not invited. The ANC lost the election. They did not get 51% of the votes. The ANC got 34%, and the DA got 28%. At the end of the day, it will not be the DA that suffers, but the voters or people. You are already going to pay an extra R200 per month for prepaid electricity meters. Gauteng has no money, just a lot of debt to pay.

It's an 80 seat legislature, ANC has 28 seats and with their GPU partners (PA, IFP, Rise Mzanzi) they have 32 seats. How are they going to vote for budgets? Its ridiculous to think that they wanted 7 out of 10 cabinet seats (70 %) but they only got 34% of the vote? 2029 cant come fast enough

The ANC gave the DA a fair at GNU, suppose they gave them 9 ministers n 9 deputies as per gnu party contribution. At GPU level the difference between ANC n DA is 7% but ANC wanted to give itself a big portion which is bigger than 7% . The did a good decision, you can't be tricked twice
