Hahahaha, that Gucci watch... Man, what a barf-inducer! I forgot that we had seen that green dial OP. Sure wish they'd put that color in the 36mm version without the orange pips. As you know, I'm a big fan of the Root Beer, so it's always nice to see one of those. And that Breguet Tradition at the end... What a watch!

Why Omega is cheaper in japan?
I love the Explorer and the quirky design of the Milgauss. But they don't have the most useful watch complication - which (for me) is the date complication - and I refuse to by a watch without a date complication.
When i compare this price n 2024 price damn why i dont buy much sooner

Thanks for watching. It was shot around the upload date, which was about 2 years ago. Just looking at a few of the prices, they've increased quite a bit since then. That's to be expected, though. It'll be interesting to see what you find when you hit Osaka - happy hunting!

@@liquidtunes thanks - shopped around grey markets for about 5 hours today but ended up not pulling the trigger. Found a nice GMT II Pepsi but the prices are too high. Ended up at a Rolex AD before going home and walked out with a new a new Sea Dweller!
@@watchsymposium shelves were nearly empty at the AD’s today in Osaka, grey market had everything but eye watering prices for anything new! Kyoto AD had a no date sub (passed) and almost walked out before they offered a Sea Dweller. I wanted the sub with date, but couldn’t resist the Sea Dweller in my hands 😅. Feels nice on the wrist -

Spoke to my AD yesterday and asked for a Daytona Panda and he told me the Panda would be very difficult to get, but he said he could get me a black dial steel Daytona by end of the year which I replied YES PLEASE! Fingers Crossed!

I thought Japan new law where foreigner cannot buy certain Rolex model ?
They changed the rule after 2 months, and now tourists visiting Japan can buy steel professional models (if they can find them).
