One of the AC units is low on refrigerant. HVAC company recommended to get a new unit for $12,000... I decided to just seal the leak and recharge instead. Total cost for the recharge is about $450 (tools and refrigerant). There are some left over for the other unit. You can use 407C or MO99 as replacements for R22.
