You mentioned lines which appear as double lines in DS. It happens to me when I create the lines for a jigsaw puzzle to cut on a picture: all my lines are cut double and it is annoying! So, I understand the solution is no stroke for the lines?

I have been searching for days on how to create a file using a shape. I keep getting 3d cubes and such. Example: I want to make a STAR SHAPED box to cut out in my Cameo. What wording do I type in youtube to get that tutorial? I hope i am explaining this correctly. Thanks I advance for your response!!

if you use the alt with the tool in illustrator the program will mirror adjusting size left and right size ;)

Surely your rectangle needs to be 10 inches by 7 inches as it will be folded to 5" x 7"?
