    Im still im school, but wanted to share, that im a huge sales fan... everytime i watch you get a lead with any level of opposition, i find myself smiling. Lol even in my daily life, when i run into a good salesman i buy the product just on the fact that i respect their presentation. So i say that to say, kuddos and i wish i could start now, graduation cant come soon enough!

      @@BrandonMulrenin I thought he did pretty damn good, I’m a big advocate on giving some sort of CC because in the end that’s what makes us better. So, the only thing I noticed was the slight hesitation/stumble when the father of the realtor gave an objection, but the recovery was excellent. It was very brief, but it was enough to have me in my seat for a second lol. Overall he gets a 9.9/10

    Since you ask if they are willing to meet after 30/60 days if that can’t sell. Would this still be reverse selling? Or a different approach ?

    Hi Brandon, If your not wholesaling the property, how do you get paid. do you get a finders fee from the realtor, thank you

      This is what I'm doing right now. A wholesale assignment clause in the contract would benefit you if you can find a realtor to work with you IF you're NOT licensed. At least here in WA state. If you are licensed, a referral fee is legal and is anywhere between 3-35% of the commission fee after it's been sold.
