I was listening for Sudhguru's concept of discipline - and the three pillars being attention, presence and involvement.
This is timeless, should be revisited from time to time to sink in..,.
And for benefits others and ALL.
I’ve listened to hours of Sadhguru, and it all sounds good. He says how humans suffer. What he never does is say HOW we go about changing. He doesn’t like the word meditation, he doesn’t agree with mindfulness, I don’t know 3 clearly explained things I need to do. Wish he would go further, than tell us how wrong we are.

To me he is using divisional idea representation to help us move forward, Our responsibility is to take this information and use the energy we hold within us, the ability to make a shift within your own mind,to personally change your patterns of thinking about one thing at a time,to become aware that much of the information you have been given in your life is wrong for you personally as an individual, so timing of this process,this shift in your own personal perception is necessary to achieve this, slow down,listen more,this is a process, it does not happen overnight, It does not matter how wrong or right you are 🙏 that reasoning is gone with yesterday,today is a new day...🙏

Sleep happens in intervals. It's more like waking up in broken sleep can feel worse then getting no sleep, even oversleeping and waking in between will mess this up. I agree with learning to lucid dream in order to master reality, Different creative spheres are active during this process and it is easier to see what you are working on.
I usually just want to fly around and when I realize I have control sometimes I wake up before enjoying the control.
Different brain waves are like different speed settings, slower rates access more data were as faster ones receive more but less of the total.
