Thanks for your honesty, Shawn....it's easy to get distracted by life, a part time job, errands, repairs, family and friends (in a good way). Phone calls are so easy, that's why it becomes difficult.
Definitely wordy. That happens a lot if someone gets an objection prett often I’ve noticed, so they try to pre handle it which is great, but can sometimes just throw it even more off track like this some what
Little thing too, but I hate the tiny gap between my name is Shawn “and” I’m a local realtor. AND. Like super quick like he’s awkward that he’s a realtor, I’ve actually noticed most everyone doing it on these.
I’m definitely at the point now, where Shawn was before reevaluating himself. Six months in, one land listing, and the only time I’ve been to the closing table was to represent myself in the purchase of my home. Time to self-reflect, re-evaluate, and put in the work.
I like the part at the end where he says “If I don’t hear from you at 4:30, what should I do?” Puts the seller on the spot and forces him to commit to the follow up.
I for real thought that real estate was just sitting in an office and helping people who've walked in wanting to sell their homes. People are clueless to the efforts that realtors have to go through just to land a single lead, let alone a sale. People want to buy and sell, but rarely is it public information. You have to basically do everything but beat it out of them, and then demonstrate why you are the best pick for the job.
So jazzed for Sean (and to hear a live call again!!! Way to go. I’d absolutely love to see the zoom. Good luck Sean-go get him!!! He’s ostensibly the gift that keeps on giving.
I think it's really important to understand why you're doing what you're doing. If you don't know why, there's a much higher chance you'll stop. Smart move doing some journaling to get back to the reason for starting everything. Just one of the many dips that people don't see from the outside!
Because we run a business and we do these things for tracking purposes record calls etc for quality when you run a business you setup systems in place why are you mixing your personal with your business thats the first NO-NO in business 101...
Brandon, you rock. I noticed one thing… Why do you say you guys to the potential seller or buyer? They’re not guys. Drop the word guys from your vocabulary. You’ll sound more professional.
Their are so many scames out their right now. I really don't like the "scripted sales pitches". It just sounds scsmmy. I sold cars, I also did out doors sales and I own my own business. I've learned the hard way, that relationships based on trust and honesty last years. Sales pitching, losses trust which in essence misses the connection and as a result....gets you zero clients. You end up working harder not smarter!
I definitely appreciate that. I use to work in collections back in the day and we had scripts. By the end of the first week we had to rewrite them in our own tone, vocabulary (minus the important stuff), pace, and delivery. Once we were able to do that, everything seemed to go smoother.
I believe < that the inflation is already priced in crypto market since the end of last year. These manipulative whales are always 2 steps ahead of everybody because they are market makers. I hope I’m wrong and they won’t keep dumping it on retail investors as always. Those who hold the longest will profit the most, I trade and hold profits keep up the great work! and also Edwin has been doing a great job reviewing all chart, trade and techniques on BTC which has enhance the growth of my portfolio from 1.7BTC to 7 BTC lately..
Most people think Investing in crypto is all about buying coin and leaving it to rise as with the bull market trend, common it takes much analysis to be a successful crypto trader, I trade with Edwin Clifford, his skills set is exceptional. I am already growing my 2.2 btc to 7 btc
Trading generally is not easy as it seems that's why it's advisable to invest with a good expert, who gives guidelines and also decides when it's a good time to invest.

Shawn was killing it but I really don’t like his intro I think it confuses a lot of people
I agree Joseph

I thought I was the only one. I didn’t get the is that Fair
Dude my jaw is on the floor. He actually did it live. I am so inspired
Man I love the visual of these phases, makes so much sense! Never give up

Let me know how I can help!
6 months in and I've only landed a zillow sale and a rental lol. I need my fire stoked!
Wow that 4:00-7:00 minute on the self manifesting failure is great.
Great job Shawn and I agree with another comment that says the intro is confusing.
I like the part at the end where he says “If I don’t hear from you at 4:30, what should I do?”
Puts the seller on the spot and forces him to commit to the follow up.
The power is in the delivery not the script! Great content per usual!
🙏
I truly appreciate and thoroughly enjoy these videos. Shawn did such an awesome job and I loved Brandon’s feedback, such amazing points!
how did the meeting go Monday @ 4:30?? Great job! KEEP IT UP!!

Spot on!
Brandon was wanting to get on that call so bad! Love the passion, great call to the boi Shawn!!
Yes I was!!!
Great Job Shawn!!!! We all start somewhere. This is awesome.
really needed this today
Glad it helped!
Solid firm up line “if I don’t hear from you at 4:30 what should I do?”
Then Brandon says it wasn’t that great haha. I liked it though
Hey brandon, quick question:
If I have a fixed comission, how should I handle the question "what's your comission"?
Love the content,
Great Job!
Brandon as always awesome and Shawn keep it up you have great future ahead of you
Very coachable professional and Great coaching
How do you cycle through numbers?

Brandon this is amazing! I need someone to hear me on the phones and give me feedback.
I love this
If we dont have deals under our belt think itd be better to say ill send out my contact information instead of resume?
Loved this training session! So many great tips.
🙏

👊👊
Love it thanks for sharing Brandon
What kind of resume should a new realtor use?
Thanks, Brandon.
That’s so true smiling does help for some reason !! 😂
Wow! I was on the edge of my seat on that call. 👍
How does everyone get thier absentee owner lists?
How long before the zoom call do you send the CMA?
can you please do content based around buyers??? I love your stuff but im on a buyer team and would love stuff geared toward that
I help agents get listings. Through getting listings, agents I serve get the best buyer leads of all time.
If they tell you they live at the property, you’re not gonna ask if this is a rental and do you want to add rentals?
Where do the lists come from that Brandon continues to reference?
Can someone PLEASE share with me the flexible commission program!!!
That illustration was fucking brilliant. 🤯
Great video! Thanks, Brandon and Shawn!
🙌
Shawn kinda sounds robotic, idk. The monotone thing is too much like a bot lol
Great job, Shawn!
Burner app?
Awesome!
Why are you not calling from your number?
Because we run a business and we do these things for tracking purposes record calls etc for quality when you run a business you setup systems in place why are you mixing your personal with your business thats the first NO-NO in business 101...
New realtor here, I'm confused on what type of people he was calling.
Hey christian, he was calling absantee owners
Ahh Sean you sound too scripted but I’m sure you changed that by now, great job on your tenacity I’ll give you that!
Brandon, you rock. I noticed one thing… Why do you say you guys to the potential seller or buyer? They’re not guys. Drop the word guys from your vocabulary. You’ll sound more professional.
a TREMENDOUS amount of rejections and failures. no b.s. there.

Framework is dialed in...speaks too fast, like he's not interested in what the homeowner has to say, really.
Great work but for me, this is too scripted.
It’s a learning process.

That intro is awkward
This sounds like scam
Speaking too fast...
