    ONE MORE TIME BIOTCHES!!!!!!!! I love to see what your creative genius mind makes up for us every Saturday- and GIRLLLLLLL you did not mess up once!!!!!! So disappointed Nastia did not come over when you told her to. SO FUN!!!!!!!! Maybe encores and dramatic cool downs should be the new thing cause it's amazing.

    love you're 60 MINUTE STEP AEROBICS - 🎶 Great Music | INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED 367 workout it's one of my absolute Favourite workouts and is a really fun one to do especially at home and the exercises are really fun to do to and it's very intense challenging and loads of fun and you burn loads and work up a load of sweat its a brilliant workout

    I cheered myself up from the initial disappointment of no live step today by doing this one again....Im sure the muscle memory kicked and I was able to push myself harder as my legs seemed to remember the moves..... I still love this one. Hope the power is back on soon. Really miss Saturday live..... but you have an amazing back catalogue so I can't complain. Thank you Chris.

    So much shuffle fun!!! I loved this one because I was totally getting it the whole time. The only thing I wanted to mess up was stomp step over (sometimes I just wanted to stomp twice lol). Direction changes and spins- I loved this!! Thanks Chris! ❤

    So much fun! Loved how well the whole thing flowed together. It was on the trickier side, but don’t let that stop you from tying it. This one has more repetition than typical Saturday classes, so if you’re ready to try an advanced faster paced class, this one is for you! Shake n’ Bake Swing might just be my new favorite! Thanks Chris! 😻

    Many people commented on the fact that practice and trying with consistency is the key to feeling successful with sep and I completely agree. I was completely new to step when I started with Chris and two(ish) years later I feel confident when tackling a step class. It was not always pretty, but over time and with grace I was able to learn choreography. It is not always pretty, but I allow mistakes (that is a life lesson in itself). Now it is how I start every Saturday. Chris's take on step is so much fun. Thank you for another great one. Your enthusiasm today was contagious.

    Chris is such a fantastic teacher - she guides us through each section. I haven’t done an advanced class for a few weeks because I’ve started strength training (yeh!) and so I wasn’t sure I would cope but I got it all….thanks. And I can now do 50 knees…. ❤❤❤

    This is my hardest step ever even attempted and I didn't get every move every time but I kept moving like you say! 2 foot surgery's in two years and I completed every single workout for 2 weeks and plan to continue! All the 3 years I have been with you I have never done that. You make it fun and easy! ❤️

    Chris, you are so right about strength training helping with step class! I used to struggle with repeaters, but today (after increasing my strength training over the past year) I sailed through 50 (50!) repeater legs on each side - I surprised myself! I am so grateful to you for making fitness fun so it's easy to keep up the effort. You're the best.

    I love how encouraging you are to everyone. I remember when the intermediate/advanced step workouts were too hard for me to get and you said to just keep trying and here I am, doin' it and doin' it and doin' it well!     I am so impressed with myself!! Last March I started off with step - basic. I worked up to intermediate and fast basic. But the elusive advanced was so out of reach. But not tonight. I was able to do most of the moves with some rewinding and some “fake it til I make it” moves but I did it. Thanks Chris. This was so much fun.

    Your pep talks at the beginning of each class make me think: we should give YOU the pep talk. It's easy for us. We just follow, and no one sees us. You are in front of the camera, creating the moves, doing the cueing, keeping your (and our) energy up, staying positive. You deserve the uplifting speech!!! This is a great class for people who have never tried advanced. More on the intermediate side, mostly because of your excellent cueing and lots of repetition. But super fun, great music. I might need to make a new folder called "Recommendations." The only thing that messed me up was TikTik Boom cuz I was singing to it and forgetting steps!

    Hi Chris! While I can't do lives the after party is just as fun! It took me three times but once I got the full choreography I felt sooooooo accomplished. After I caught my breath and counted my 5000 steps I really needed the post work stretch. On to the next one!
