You bring back such good memories of my Filipina! We were married for 28 years! She passed away this past year! I miss her so much! I love watching your channel! All the things you discuss today I have experienced and you just learn to ignore it! I try for a few years to change it , but I learned to live with it! Also one subject I might suggest is why do Filipina’s changed the gender of someone when they are talking about them! This always kept me confused over years! Anyway I love your channel! It brings a smile to my face and brings good memories! I look forward to watching your channel every week! Take care and GOD bless you and keep you and your family safe and healthy!!
In the US we only refrigerate eggs because they're washed before they get to the store so their natural coating that protects them from germs is diminished.
and chickens are kept packed tightly in cages as closely as possible, and are not given anti biotics so they are sick all the time and you will get sick too if you eat their raw eggs. because of bacteria. Bacteria grows much faster when not refrigerated. So in fhe USA we must refrigerate eggs to slow down the bacteria growth and cook them well. In some other countries there is no bacteria st all in eggs and can be eaten raw and left unrefrigerated and they will remain bacteria free naturally because bacteria only gets inside eggs if the chicken is already very sick with it.
Those of us in US who lived frugally did some of the things you mentioned like water in the shampoo, conditioner, spaghetti sauce (or any sauce really). We also leave the oven door open after we bake something to let the remaining heat warm the room in the winter. We saved cooking grease in metal coffee cans to re-use for cooking later.
The Filipinas I know are used to riding in cars and air conditioning. However, I wouldn't want to live there. Maybe visit for a week, but that's about it. Pea, I very much appreciate you

I think these are just some of the qualities that I love about Filipinos. They tend to grow on us and I will take being frugal and aware of costs any day. Filipinas also love it when you buy them some small token. Typically they are very appreciative. 😊
You've got this right. My time living in the Philippines completely spoiled me for any other women besides Filipinas, once you get used to their little habits and quirks which I find to be cute.
Pea, I was on a bus from Bantayan island back to Cebu. I have never been so cold in my life and I am from the northern USA. It was hours of cold. Finaly some courageous Filipinos demanded the bus driver pull over and let people out. I felt so helpless until they stood up. Praise God that they did. There were babies suffering and that driver was clueless. I praise God for those Filipinos who stood up. I know they risked bad consequences.
I got sick being in those busses and when i seemed to get better i had to tale another ride. I did ask to use less airco, but the guys had no clue "It is automatic, sir"
I'm from the Netherlands, not used to aircons. To me, taxis and restaurants in the Philippines are often freezing cold. In restaurants I turn the nearest aircon from 18 to 23 degrees. 18 degrees is insanely low at an outside temperature of over 30 degrees.
Thank you LADY PEA all of your ideas, opinion and facts about your country!!!! I just visited Muntinlupa City from January 8 thru January 26 it was a wonderful experience. I love the area and the condo I was staying at was only 18 American dollars per day.
CAR SICKNESS isn't endemic to the Philippines. We get it here in the US every month. Usually the day before the payment is due. Always good content. Thanx Pea !!
Sweat Pea, I’m the same with shampoo, cough syrup, when orange juice is almost empty I fill it half with water. I always try to save money. I built my own workout bench and made dumbbells with cement to save money. Anyway I can I try and think of ways to save money
Fun fact for you Pea, the water in the shampoo thing is used quite a lot here in Sweden as well and also in Finland, there's no better way to clean out a bottle of shampoo than to use it all, also, if you have thick hair like I do diluting it with water makes it easier to apply properly and you need less.
Love the type of info that you contain in this video. I really like learning about Filipino behavior. I don't know where else I would find it, and I wouldn't even want to try.

1. Mine gets motion sick just walking !!! 2. The amount of discussions I've had about buying things in the grocery store about needing something I've lost count. 3. The shoes don't annoy me, but having to wear slippers inside is funny ... I'm not THAT old. 4. Mine is scared of the spirits. She puts slices of citrus on windows and door frames. 5. The food thing !!! 6. Fingers and toes point the right way. 7. The nose pulling is a thing in Thailand too. My shnoz is a constant target. 8. In Southern France it's known as PeePee Rustique 😉 9. Mobile Legends is massive in Ph 10. Constantly takes photos wherever we go. It's cool. She loves Jollibee.😂 11. Double talk is really cute 😀 Karaoke at a million decibels Taxi drivers sounding their horns day and night. Crushing poverty, yet people seem so happy. Armed guards at night stores. Men wandering around with huge machetes strapped to their thigh. The fascination with whiteness (I'm so pale I'm almost translucent and it is a constant curiosity) yet I have the reverse fascination.😅 There are so many differences, it's a wonderful voyage of discovery.
Ever walk into a public place and have the women staring at you saying "Ang puti!" When I lived there they usually said that about your skin and then gently grabbed your pointed nose. I always found it funny that Filipinas spent money to whiten their skin while American women would kill to have the skin tone of the typical Filipina. I guess we all want what we don't have.
You really should do this on a regular basis. You look AMAZING in candlelite. The twenty minute leg and foot show is definately a huge plus. I would have enjoyed the video regardless but you are really on to something here. Liked and subscribed!

A freezing bus in the Philippines? Now that’s something new 🤣👍
@@TheFilipinaPea I don't think so. The windows could not be opened. My guess is this happened often. F them.
Yes, im confused😮@@TheFilipinaPea
I got sick being in those busses and when i seemed to get better i had to tale another ride. I did ask to use less airco, but the guys had no clue "It is automatic, sir"
I'm from the Netherlands, not used to aircons. To me, taxis and restaurants in the Philippines are often freezing cold. In restaurants I turn the nearest aircon from 18 to 23 degrees. 18 degrees is insanely low at an outside temperature of over 30 degrees.
The Pea peeing behind an umbrella ☔... 😃...thank you for sharing, your personality is endearing! 👌
I googled this and Asians are much more susceptible to motion sickness. She's right!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That’s why I borrow a car instead of owning one!
Even if I won a billion dollars in the lottery, I would still put water in my shampoo/conditioner bottle at the end.
You’re stuck with the habit forever 🤣🤣👍
Sweat Pea, I’m the same with shampoo, cough syrup, when orange juice is almost empty I fill it half with water. I always try to save money. I built my own workout bench and made dumbbells with cement to save money. Anyway I can I try and think of ways to save money
While I may put some water in the bottle I usually prop it upside down so the last bit will collect in the top.
@@TheFilipinaPea - I grew up in a big family so I do the same thing to get the most out of everything 😂 I hate to waste anything 😊
I usually just throw the shampoo out when it's half empty. I don't like that stuff that settles on the bottom.
leaving my flipflops outside the door is always bad news for me. I have big feet. So when someone else goes out and grabs mine, I end up bare foot.
🤣🤣🤣🤣👍
Get some really silly one, mine are shaped like fish, no one went near them:
Fun fact for you Pea, the water in the shampoo thing is used quite a lot here in Sweden as well and also in Finland, there's no better way to clean out a bottle of shampoo than to use it all, also, if you have thick hair like I do diluting it with water makes it easier to apply properly and you need less.
Love the type of info that you contain in this video. I really like learning about Filipino behavior. I don't know where else I would find it, and I wouldn't even want to try.
Hey Ms Pea. Still no can see you in Dumaguette. I’m now in Bayawan with my Filipina girlfriend and we are enjoying everyday together. And you’re right. Whenever she calls me ‘pogi’ she squeezes my nose! Take care always and thanks for sharing! 🙏
Are you sure it was your nose? 🤣
Pea:
This style of video is awesome! it's relaxed, fun, and informative. You could almost call this style of video "Pea in the DARK!" The more I learn about your culture, the more I want to experience it for myself, in person.
Keep up the awesome work my friend!
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Interesting stuff! A lot of things are considered normal in different places. It's fun to hear about some of them from the PI!
Take good care!😊
Well thanks, Kranz! Glad you enjoyed it 👍
Your relaxed presentation and the candlelight make you the woman we all crush on. ❤
Pea has an awesome personality. I love this woman.
Learned a lot about Filipinas. Surprising facts that keep you engaged throughout. Worth the watch!
Luckily I don't use shampoo! BUT I do water down liquid hand soap, (The 1 i buy IS very thick!) and I do water down dish washing detergent!
You smart cheapskate 🤣👍
@@TheFilipinaPea I HAVE to guapa! On a fixed income!
Filipina pea, everybody get on your feet, give filipino pea a round of applause for this video. you have outdone yourself again every video that you post is better than the next. All of the things you told us this time i did not know but im so glad you shared this with us. These are things you do not have to share with us but im glad you did because it helps us understand it better if we're with a Filipino. No wonder why you are ranked really high on all major platforms because of your content, your engagement with the audience your funny personality, you pay attention to details. I comend on everyone on youtube but i have to say you have the best content out there and no one comes close. I hope you have a great morning, noon, and night. I am cedric nash your number one fan ❤❤
8. In Southern France it's known as PeePee Rustique 😉
9. Mobile Legends is massive in Ph
10. Constantly takes photos wherever we go. It's cool. She loves Jollibee.😂
11. Double talk is really cute 😀
Karaoke at a million decibels
Taxi drivers sounding their horns day and night.
Crushing poverty, yet people seem so happy.
Armed guards at night stores.
Men wandering around with huge machetes strapped to their thigh.
The fascination with whiteness (I'm so pale I'm almost translucent and it is a constant curiosity) yet I have the reverse fascination.😅
There are so many differences, it's a wonderful voyage of discovery.
Thank you. I enjoyed your presentation.
I do the same thing growing up in rural Newfoundland, Canada. Still do now.
Pea I. Love you no matter what! I have dated a philipina and she was awesome
Could you be my next Philipina❤❤
You really should do this on a regular basis. You look AMAZING in candlelite. The twenty minute leg and foot show is definately a huge plus. I would have enjoyed the video regardless but you are really on to something here. Liked and subscribed!
Thanks! I’m glad you liked it enough to subscribe 👍❤️😊
Motion sickness Filipinas, I might have to wear a raincoat when my Filipina is top 🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👍🤮
2017 i first visited the Philippines. I fell in love with the country. Dumaguette is where I always stay. Valencia or twin lakes is where I want to retire to. Great people and I'd recommend the Philippines to anyone. Simply an amazing group of people. Extremely family oriented. Love waking the the traffic sound and smell of bread baking downtown.
I love that you used the candles.. you look even more beautiful than usual with candle light
Perfume makes ill
QUEEN Filipina Pea; That was fabulous information about the Philippines 🇵🇭 culture. Love the education, thank you so much from David.
Very well written!!
And you're suuuuuuper charming.
The motion sickness was very interesting since half of the crew on a cruise ship is from the Phillipines. I have had the pleasure of meeting many nice Filipinos on ships. The candle light show was a nice atmosphere.
All the points are true. Been with my Filipina for almost 6years. Everyb2 month I go for 2 months. Got my Drivers license and Senior card. Have been watching your channel since pre pandemic. Think it time for you too get a little hair salon visit. It is quite long.
Love your channel. Kurt from Vancouver Canada
I watch all of your reports and appreciate the content. This one was particularly interesting. I fall into the "Senior" category. My family did almost everything you talked about. Our parents ere not particularly poor, but both thought that we should use judiciously what we are "Given" That practice mostly gone tomorrow. Glad it is alive and thriving in the Philippines.
You really got this dialed in!
I’m very much enjoying your perspective on things…
I’m coming up on retirement and trying to decide a lot of things.
Married to an older Filipina, spending half my time off in my resort in Batangas for the last 15 years.
Thank you!!!
Awesome video, keep up the great work, looking forward to the next candle light video, thanks!
Another awesome video Miss Pea! Love the candlelight affect. I hope you continue doing "random" videos that way, even if there is no brown out
the Rain-man ,
Pea , you are a absolute treasure , every time I watch one of your videos I have watery eyes of laughing and or deep admiration ... I adore your lightness of being ... !!.
And I am impressed with the level of English in your country , especially the ladies you have on your videos .
I am a bit stuck for the moment in the Dominican republic , but putting all my manifesting power into preparing to come to the Philippines , I am dutch from birth, ( so you know who is communicating and from where )
keep up the good work , I love every second of it , gr. the Rain-man
Love your insight and the prep you do for each episode. Another great one. Thank you!
always enlightening!
Nice one and enjoyable.
Pea, great video. I’ve been with my Filipina for over 20 years and she always gets car sick but she blames it on my driving. Now I know, thanks so much! You hit the nail on the head with the other “things” Thanks for sharing.
Pea you are so personable. And so awesome. These candlelight chats are wonderful. Thank you always.
I'm German and I do the Shampoo thing, too.
it makes total sense.
Yes more candles. It was cozy vibes.
Informative and entertaining thanks Pea
The candles actually really work! No need to apologise! And you look gorgeous in candlelight Pea.
This lady is so cute. I love pinays. They're decent, honest people on the whole.
Full pro-candlelight vote!
Beautiful scenery.❤️😘
Amazing how great your hair looks with watered down shampoo and conditioner.
While watching this, I lost power... but now I can finish the video. So I'm right there with you Pea.
The candles are beautiful.

Thanks Pea for the show.
Yes. Love the candles 😍
I actually love that you (filipnas) are so making use of the resources left such as soap/shampoo and food. Keep doing that! ;-)
Interesting and true.
