You know you have great product when it only "works" between 50mph and 150mph. When troubleshooting mentions the word crash several times you just got your money's worth.
I think watching Will tip over is the first time I've ever seen anyone trip while standing still 😂 Well, the first person not standing at a urinal in a seedy bar.
I am old enough to have to have needed cataracts fixed on both eyes, which means I can see much better in low light, but have bugger all close vision without wearing reading glasses. So a HUD speedometer is an absolute godsend for me. Mine came from Supercheap Autos in New Zealand, which is our equivalent of Halfords in the UK. It cost NZ$99 (£50) and works perfectly, although it was difficult to align the plastic film on the inside of the windscreen due to the shallow angle of the windscreen on my Highlander. Mine works from 0 to 999mph and is more accurate than the vehicle speedometer according to various GPS devices I have compared it to. BTW if you visit NZ be warned that our cops have no sense of humour, and consider speeding to be one step below murder. There is absolutely none of that UK cops turning a blind eye to doing 80mph on motorways. They will book you for doing 105kph (our blanket limit is 100kph), except at holiday times like Christmas when they will honestly book you for doing 101kph.
A great punishment for challenges would be having to take this thing in to a garage or to be valeted or something. Hidden cams and they have to pretend it's their pride and joy.
I do love all the drag that massive wing is giving the car. 😂 A friend of mine, his first car was a PT Cruiser in high school. It was blue, with blue flame decals, blue interior lights and of course blue under glow!
I happily surprised by the eBay undercar LED kits I've got on my car. Other than the wiring being a little short they're really good. Bright and are still properly stuck on after 4 years.
agreed. I would rather it float a little bit closer to "awful taste but decent execution" rather that "lol idc" quality and just slapping things on there. both are fun, but I want to see some actual vision, not just a heap of junk.
@@MrAlan1828 I really don't understand the hate, I love mine. It's been nothing but a nice and reliable car even when the temps dropped it still started even tho it hates the cold.
Being an original owner and modding it already finally someone has tried to go futher. Yes a lot of people hate the PT but why? You don't like it its your preference and really if you had a lemon its your bad luck. This is probably my first time I've seen a right-hand-drive Chrysler PT cruiser and I kind of think that's rare and pretty cool and I've been in a PT cruiser that is left-hand-drive like we have here in the USA
I thoroughly enjoy your guys' videos. HOWEVER, they're too short. What about a special/long episode? That way we can all get to know you guys better and it could bring even more comedy.
@Quiet kid the red beading to my mx5 MK1 😅 I've also looked into the red nuts but decided against it That underglow kit might be a good laugh though, might have to pick it up and give it a go
Oh, no. You're not integrating the concepts. Carbon wrap the wing (as done by the foreign students on Friday evenings, to their BMW M3s in my building). Oh, and small rubber ducks on the tops of the door mirrors (on an M3 with a carbon wrapped wing)
When Callum pointed at the headlights, I thought for sure it was gonna get eye-lashes. on the one hand, _please no_ but on the other, it would make it the perfect punishment car. I'm really torn here. ps: those red nuts need to be on some better wheels. I wonder how jarring and atrocious you could get once you dip into wheels.
They are all made in the same place, think mine is a M3 version. Got it directly from China as cheaper than Amazon and more selection as I knew that it's only good for showing speed. I'm delighted with it. And in the video they where not doing 140 around the roundabout. That's the battery voltage btw. Mine is set to show just speed, nothing else.
You know you have great product when it only "works" between 50mph and 150mph. When troubleshooting mentions the word crash several times you just got your money's worth.
Also can’t believe that they were doing over 140 in a public roads! That car is rapid!
@@kyletan4063 🤣🤣
@@kyletan4063 Yeah i was confused
140 it looks like there chilling at 40kmh
it was 14.0 or 14.1 volts
Overdrive 😎😎😎
underdrive 😱🤯😭
Also known as Donut Media 2.0
@@Schizz_Popinov nah way better than donut 👍
@@Kireth Thats why its 2.0
Until they get sued for using another channels name again 🤣
I mean, it's not like that the car can get any worse so might as well keep these coming.
Will: "Do people look at your nuts recoil in horror" 💀
If the super accurate HUD was to be believed then you took that roundabout at 140 😂
Chrysler performance 👍
Will should get a stunt double after these last couple of videos. First the wrench, now the fall... And don't forget the lawnmower incident
It needs a MASSIVE hood scoop
I think watching Will tip over is the first time I've ever seen anyone trip while standing still 😂 Well, the first person not standing at a urinal in a seedy bar.
i thought he slipped on the ice
@Emma Corvidae Just being silly, it looked incredibly slippery, especially for that much slope.

"It could always be worse" is a great motto for this channel :D
how about a perfomanace air filter+ straight-pipe exhaust+ 5 inch tachometer with shift light+blow off valve speaker.
all of my "yes"
Yes
Get an overdrive sticker on it 😂

@@woodentrainseriesofficial9511 I would say so. They're bright and the colour is pretty saturated.
Next mods for the PT Cruiser
1 Spinners
2 fluffy heated steering wheel
3 rear jack up kit
4 side exit truck exhaust
Noooooo why didn't you use a DVD disc as a hanging accessory? It couldn't be perfect without that 🤣🤣🤣
... I was literally playing Need For Speed Underground 2 while watching this - the nostalgia is real..
I would kill to see a collab video of yall and donut.
🤣🤣🤣
Love these sort of videos. Keep it up.
Really? People over at Donut seem to be sick of it
Should try these wrapping mods in a garage. That cold weather really doesn't help.
That implies stuff like "proper fitment", and "good". No thanks

both are fun, but I want to see some actual vision, not just a heap of junk.
Just want to point out..,. 3d/gel number plates are completely legal. As long as the cap size is correct then you are all good.
I remember underglow kits were a little cool from 2003-2005, along with spinner rims. But it very quickly became stupid.
i so wanted to hear Callum say "Should we go for a drive and try to pull some bitches wit this fly ass ride?"
This Poor PT Cruiser 😂
The most hated car in the universe but get this much attention, way better than Doug Monroe's review

I wanted to get a pink tint for my car but looking at how difficult it is to mount it properly, I won't.
I'm certain there's a reason professional wrapping companies don't work outside in a car-park in sub-zero temperatures.
bro this channel needs way more recognition
Time for some trash "performance" mods, like intake, oversized muffler/catback, lowering springs w/ nothing else, wrong offset wheels, etc.
Why do I want to see you put a bodykit on the pc cruiser
I have a Xenon Body kit and Gold Slammer lowering kit, just need a Pteaser front grill and Upper Windshield visor to complete my build
This is probably my first time I've seen a right-hand-drive Chrysler PT cruiser and I kind of think that's rare and pretty cool and I've been in a PT cruiser that is left-hand-drive like we have here in the USA
This has to be one of the best channels to watch waiting for the upcoming top gear ⚙️
This is fantastic viewing, please do this again to the car! Two more times! I want to see how out of place it wouldn't feel in a circus ring! :)
You guys are like this channel called driven media
I love that after wrapping a whole car you still have not learned a single thing, like using soapy water under the wrap :D
A Teacher at College that I used to go to had a PT Cruiser... It died one time on the side of the road at traffic/street lights!
I feel in that temperature it didn’t matter the quality of the wrap you would be doomed to failure
if there is one thing that this channel has told me, it is that wrapping stuff is very difficult and should not be attempted on a whim.
Standard plates in my country are all raised. It helps kind of see them when they are all covered in mud.
I thoroughly enjoy your guys' videos. HOWEVER, they're too short. What about a special/long episode? That way we can all get to know you guys better and it could bring even more comedy.
I love the OVERDRIVE name, it’s cool
I have one of those HUDs on my car. It's great when it works, but it only works when it wants to, which was expected.
Definitely didn't have the exact same light tint on my moped when i was 16 😂
you should get around +100 horse power with all those mods, nice
need to start calling this channel the PT cruiser show
New Channel name, New Year and a bit of rice for the Cruiser 💪💪💪
im just gonna come out and say it, ive been thinking about putting neons on my car out of nostalgia 😳
your videos just keep getting better and better, had a good chuckle tonight
Please do more of these
They are trying to be like Abbot and Costello. The one who is a bit more relaxed is the one with black jacket, but the blue jacket is trying too hard.
Uh oh.... That feeling when you see one of the mods you've personally done on the quickfire preview 😬
@Quiet kid the red beading to my mx5 MK1 😅
I've also looked into the red nuts but decided against it
That underglow kit might be a good laugh though, might have to pick it up and give it a go
@Quiet kid hey! It's done in a classy way.... 😅
Do a flying lap challenge with the front brakes disabled on each one
Do an up to speed on James dad 🤣🤣
Ok ok, I'm getting me coat!
Don’t know what’s worse, the cheesy mods or the utter incompetence of the installation. 😂
I have a HUD like that on all my 3 cars, never failed me.
Now take it to a random car meet and catch some gigatonic reactions
That car needs those silly eyelashes you can get for cars these days
I used a hud like the one you guys used when my S10's speedometer stopped working
LED washer jets! Do it!
Finally overdrive
5:42 this would be so good out of context
Amazing how NFSU2 completely moulded a generation! Only GTA has had the same effect since
That poor PT cruiser 😢😞
Even more funny than seeing all of this crap fitted to a PT Cruiser.... Would be Amazon's sales figures for each of these products...
The name "overdrive" fits them perfectly 👌
Overdrive babyyyy
It’d be nice if you at least tried to give them a fair shot instead of just have assing all of them for 20 seconds
mom can we get donut media?
no we have donut media at home.
donut media at home:
Good stuff , fun to watch thanks for the content
Guys we need longer videos 😅✌️
20-30 mins would be perfect.
This car is becoming the equivalent of Mythbusters' Buster crash test dummy
Why when they were going “50” the stuff outside looked to be flying at the speed of light lol
Please keep these videos coming lol
Overdrive is an awesome name🔥
"Its like an S Class, just minus the s and the class"

here's an idea for a video. A system that shoots flames into anyone who's trying to steal your catalytic converter
Wrapping in the cold lol
I have the heads up display kit. It worked well for about a year and change until I ruined it by my stupidity- worked well
Before I reaped havoc on it
Overdrive is a much better name than driven media
Sorry to ask but didn't you guys go to your favorite garage to do these incredible performance modifications ? 😆
Maybe a colab with Ian Callum in Leamington and see if he has any parts he can donate to the project. Maybe a v12 😁
Probably already been said but the 3d plates aren't illegal
I didn’t think u could make a pt cruiser actually look ok
Those red nuts add at least 5 horses per wheel.
"Make your nuts red"

I have used a HUD for years and set it by GPS and it's great. First thing I'll put in any car I buy
And goes from Zero to 130 mph which was confirmed by GPS
But the instructions are a mess.....
Is it one of those cheapo amazon ones or an actual good one? And do you connect it to the obd2 port or do you have to wire it directly to the ECU?

you've kinda made me want an underglow kit 👀
Where is the wrap on the wheels?
Or whitewall tyres?
Or just something with the wheels
Hey I mean my 2002 Buick Park Avenue comes stock with a heads up display and that shit is useful I hardly look at my actual speedometer
seriously though can we make this car faster? nothing like an ugly fast car
cool renault espace in the corner
The only time the PT cruiser was good - as a starting car on gran turismo 3 🤫😂
we had a switch on our peugeot just like that one that turned off the fuel pump
I don't understand the hate of this car, it looks great I'd drive this as my daily
