I appreciate how the human rights of every person are valued by providing protection that we all need to be treated right.
Good day atty. In this video, I learned what are the contents found in the article 22 until 24 amd its relation between the universal declaration of human rights. First was in Article 22, it concludes that everyone are the members of our society which have the rights in social security and entitled to our realization. Next was in Article 23, which tells us about that everyone has the right to work. Which means that all of us have the rights to choose what kind of work we want and gives us protection from unemployment. Also, they have the rights to have equal pay on our equal work with out any act of discrimination.In addittion, it says that everyone of us havw the rights in just and favourable remunerationand have the rights to form and to join their trede unions. And lastly was in Article 24, it explains that everyonw have the rights to rest and leisure including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay. It means that society should help individuals to freely develop and make the most of all advantages offered in their country. The first is Article 22. It says here that everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international cooperation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social, and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.
In article 22 I learned that everyone has the right to social security. It means Social Security is the sense of economic, social, and cultural rights. It is important because we need to preserve dignity to fulfill.
Next is Article 23. It has 4 types and the first is (1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work, and to protection against unemployment.
in the first type of article, I learned that we have a right to choose what kind of work that we want. Also, I learned that we have protection against unemployment.
(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
Next is the second stage in the article. I learned that all of us has no discrimination it means that all of us
have right to equal pay for equal work. For example, were both bodyguards but his/her wage is larger than mine, it should be the same to be fair.
(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
Next is the third stage of the article. I learned here that all of the workers have the right to have a right and fair wages. When you say wages, the salary should be enough for him to support himself/herself and his family.
And the last article is (4) everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.
In the last stage of the article, I learned here that everyone has the rights to form and join workers for the protection of their common interests.
Last is Article 24. It says here that everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.
In the last article, I learned that all of us have the right to have a break. This is what they called the day off, and it includes the limitation of working hours. Because the common hours of workers are 8 hours only. Sometimes there’s what they called over time and it must increase your payoff. But you must not work a person above 8 hours unless he/she agreed to the extra pay or additional.

This Lesson gives me another knowledge about universal declaration of articles.
Article 22, it states that every people in our community have a right to have a social security. In article 23 paragraph 1, it states that everyone has a right to choose their job with a good conditions and good protection against unemployment. Then in paragraph 2, it states that everyone has a right to be paid and equal salaries for their jobs. Also in paragraph 3, it states that everyone has a right to have a right and favourable salaries in their jobs. Then in paragraph 4, it states that everyone has a right to join or create a foundation about workers for their own protections. In article 24, it states that everyone has a right to have a day off or limits on their working hours.

In article 23 every one has the right to work to free choice as long as it is good work and has a good intention just to earn money,with the equal pay for equal work.
