    My bus driver was always fairly on time. She normally arrived within 5 minutes of scheduled time. Even been days where she was 10 minutes EARLY. If she’s more than 10 minutes late, then we get concerned

    Yet another problem with CCSD. I’m not surprised but still upset.

    No shows aren't excusable; however, late busses generally are the byproduct of late students.

      I would say that, but there have been countless times where I have been first in the line and the bus has been 30 minutes to an hour late

      @@coltond2600 yeah now that I think of it is is a result of kids and bad drivers/bad companies but mainly the latter.

    I say that the kids should be driven to their schools, colleges, universities, and jobs by their parents, siblings, and/or friends.

    SPED buses are usually late because the children at the stops before you are are not ready or do not call and report that they are not riding. A SPED BUS could sit at one house an hour waiting for a child to be ready if the district didn’t put a time limit on how long we sit there after the stop time. If you have 10 stops and all 10 are 5 minutes late that’s almost an hour. It’s a very big deal. It is not always the driver’s fault.

    Obviously, they have crappy employees.

    • @AB-km7gh
      @AB-km7gh ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No. They have crappy parents who believe since their child is special that they can take as much time as they want coming out to the bus. If everyone does that the bus is very late.

    What is it in America that as soon as you pop out a baby you're expecting someone else to be responsible for it? New mothers drop off two week olds at daycare and have kids standing at a bus stop at 5am, coming home at 5pm. Why even have kids if you're not able to raise them? I'm not condemning anyone but really, if you can't devote at least the first six years of your child's life to the child, don't have them.

      I think you missed the point. Here in America, we rely on schools to safely get our kids to and from school. We don’t have free daycare or anything like that like other countries do. We also pay taxes to fund schools specifically so I can see why he is outraged.

      You do realize that parents have to go to work right to take care of their families that you say we don’t take care of? When a bus is late or doesn’t even show up (that is payed for with taxes) you’re damn right people are going to be mad.

    If they were to do that to a Jamaican or a Mexican prepare to get slapped

    • @tomprosser8958
      @tomprosser8958 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well the Jamaican, German, Mexican, Italian, Australian, Klingon, or Spock would be in jail. You can’t slap people cause the bus is late, document it, take the documents of how often the bus is late or a no show to the state. Then someone will do their job in your school system.
