All I know is that parents do cause problems when they block lanes when picking up or dropping off their kids and it is sometimes dangerous when thru traffic has to drive in the other lane to get around them.
How is this relevant? The change was not the problem, the school's decision to wait until the day of the change of bus stop was the problem. The school could have and should have sent notice of the change at least 2 weeks before hand

That’s a long distance away. That’s like a 20-minute run for me with no backpack and a water bottle! That would probably be 45 minutes for kids!
