Pwc flats are looking nice externally but main issue is with their quality...i was in Brooklyn for 2 years and i have seen the construction quality of Brooklyn and long island was worst....apart from this quality issue... another biggest problem is of electricity and water....why one should pay more than usual amount even after this knowing issues
I think the same about the almost 3 years waiting lol the Montreal is 2027 and its 2024 now. Too long waiting and the cost is high. Lets say it looks good but why too much slow? And i was reading reviews about water problems. Like eureka water softener doesn’t work there also. They should fix everything first before starting a new one. Water is very important to everyone. Instead of this good publicity they should fix the needs of the people who spent money to buy costly flats from PWC

This project launched in 2015 approximately and almost 6000 families residing here that means 6000 flats delivered. And price has almost doubled for delivered flats. I suggest go and experience yourself once.

The project is being developed very slow .. till full project is completed, current flats will become old . Not worth it

It takes atleast 30 months to complete the project. If you know any method to built fast plz inform builders they will happily welcome you
