    investing in kharadi is still good but that kharadi nx area where they are selling township dreams with absolutely no infrastructure but prices on par with kharadi is total waste.

    Mundwa chowk and Magarpatta bridge issue recently resolved. Please update that to viewers. Now the time is much less then in past.

    Please don’t count gera as a big developer . They don’t know basic construction & design

    Dust ,mosquitoes, pollution and no greenery, no water this is all you will get in kharadi after paying 1.4cr for 2bhk . Dont know why people are buying these expensive apartments 😂

      They are doing this because they expect a brighter future where these propblems will be dealt with by the corporation.Its a calculated gamble which might reward huge returns in near future.

      @@kumarflicks which area of pune doesnt have water issues ? I stay in kharadi , we get enough corporation water via pipelines and not tankers.
