I have purchased 2BHK in Kingsbury, it's beautiful project . The only problem with builder is they don't let you visit the flat untill possession which is after paying 100% . They allowed only one visit at the time when flats were not ready. They asked all of us to pay final payment and then rolled out possession. So untill possession you don't know how it look like. From existing owners feedback there is no issue in project and flats are very beautiful. If there is minor issue the maintainace team take care of that.
I am staying in kingsbury... I will list the cons:- --Low grade construction material used. -- Waterproofing only done for bathrooms and balcony..as per builder if water is any where on the floor for more than 1-2 hours.. highly possible the water will get leaked to the lower floor. --All society is full of dust and will be there for many years as the construction will go on. -- So much noise because of construction in mid night as well. --Hard water supply, not good for skin specially for kids. --Shops under pwc sell their product very costly. -- All connectivity is for future..ryt now its pathetic. At time of purchasing it was told by sales people that it will get done in near future in 6 months .. its been 4 years now. --Installing towers on the society buildings without informing residents of the buildings. -- selling high raised flats showing hill view, after few months changing old plan of new society and blocking the flat view. --Mobile snatching act happened couple of times. -- Illegal activities by students. --Maintainance cost is around 5k for 2bhk.

The twin bungalows here are fantastic, nowhere else can you buy in Pune. Even the 3 and 4 BHK are fantastic, beautiful exterior and great projects The only disadvantage is distance from city area and bad to worse road connectivity towards the city. It takes 45 minutes to reach yerwada or viman nagar

Main problem is hard water in PWC. Still municiple water didnot came. Water comes with tankers. They still working on that from 5 years +. Rest is good.

Best thing is that ring road and 100 feet roads are very close from Sr 99 Advantage of pride world city .... Not far from city but in nature ..overall it's good only thing is that it should be converted to r zone .

I Invested in plots , getting good returns because of this project only. Very good connectivity, Road are superb, One more attraction is 400 acer forest land near to PWC.
This project is got into litigation...its almost 12 years and they haven't yet completed half project..plus this is project is almost in lohegaon or charoli budruk..its not in dhanori..
Mr. Asif don’t write anything with half knowledge. This project was launched in 2014, means 7 years back & this is located in Charohli Bk i.e. part of PCMC. All such information already covered in this video.

Exactly - they are quoting 10K per sqft when you can pay maybe a couple of thousand more or even the same rate and get a property very close to the city. I always wonder how people fall for these dreams!!!!! 😂

I have visited this project multiple times and I loved the construction and layout provided by the builder. PWC is World of it's own.
