    I have done this earlier and it is super intense. Tests my mental make up a lot. A lot of times I wanted to stop. Love it a lot

    easy do combos put together is a smart way makes this super intense. Don't know how many calories burnt but Iam sure a lot. Nate's workouts are for everyone, and we can make slight tweak to our liking.

    Thanks. Great workout. Gonna do that one again. Used to do boxing workouts at a Y but stopped 15 years now. Glad I found you last week. Muscle memory kicking in. I am used to the numbers. Can you keep the combo numbers up on the screen during the sets please?Sometimes I lose track and it’s hard to stop and rewind with my gloves on and it breaks the flow to take them off. Again thanks for the amazing workout.

    Hi Nate! I absolutely LOVE your channel. I have a question and i would be really happy if you could answer. I am 13yo and im a girl and i am training for the olympics. I have been training for around 2 years but my gym wasn't really good so i feel like ur workouts are more intense and now with corona i have to do workouts at home.
    so my question is, as a competitive child boxer, how many workouts should i do a day? i.e. do i do like 1 hour of your boxing workouts? THank you so much!!
