I really hope you enjoyed part 1 of this new Muay Thai training series. If you would like to see my last Muay Thai training series you can watch the first episode here: th-cam.com/video/sJ1q6NEkwrk/w-d-xo.html
i gotta ask. how do you have the money to do all this?? im new to your channel but still dont understand. cause i want to do all the things you do. how would one start their journey to do what you do??ive never traveled and want to live life :(. like im 22 from australia. i wouldnt know how to start
Hey would u by chance have your workout plan for this like what exersizes how many sets, reps, and times written down somewhere I would love to do this and I have a place set up with a bag and bar but id Realy like some guidance on how the workouts should go. Thank you and I hope u have many more great acomplesments
You have tons of potential. Athleticism and power is there- keep working on that technique. A lot of Thai gyms don’t emphasize the details to beginners who come and go. You could fight no problem, a good coach will get you there quicker than most man. Take the time to study technique and the conditioning second
Man when i see how much subscribers you have its hurts like fr you must have more than 100k the editing , the filming everything is more than perfect. Man i really hope u will blow up somtime and keep up bro much respect and btw iam really excited to see this new serie
As somebody who has been looking to get into martial arts in a COVID world, this is super inspiring! Keep up the good work man, you are spreading good ideas.
That is so awesome to hear really happy that you enjoyed and I hope it helps you start your martial arts journey! Wish you all the best and thanks so much for watching
dough you are such a positive person! idk you but it is what I see in the videos and so much positivity is rare these days.and youre someone who does instead of talking only. respect and cheers from Germany!
Thats awesome my young bro. Keep it up, I am also recently taking Muiy Thai, and man its a work out. So I understand the pain you go through. Stay strong my young bro, keep it up.
Great video but you should turn your hands as you do the triceps dips about 180°, it's better for the wrists Also try to get your knees higher as you block to protect your ribs
The same thing is happening to my chest. How long did it bother you? Mine has been hurting pretty bad for 4+ days now and I haven't been able to even work out.
What really helped for me was reducing how much I did tight arm push ups and stretching out my chest. Now it is completely fine and I have been able to do chest workouts again
His shadow boxing is wrong, when he does a roadhouse he snaps his legs out. But your meant to pivot your foot, twist your hips, keep your leg straight (like a baseball bat) and let momentum carry you in a 180 or 360 degree spin (which can make you slip if you go to fast- I know from experience)
For my Bangkok camp it worked out around 40 pounds per day with accommodation and food also covered in with the training. I personally found out through a friend but if you want to contact them you could do so through their Facebook page here: facebook.com/sityodtongnewgen Hope this helpful, wish all the best
Tbh it is just a cheap light one but it does the job for me :) light is good if you want to practice timing as well as technique as it swings but not so good if you just want to practice power
i liek your content man. im from thailand. wish you came back here again soon ! by the way check out 10 fight 10 it's a muay thai show among thai celebrities. you gonna love it
Really good quality content, you deserve much more views! One question: was the training camp in Bangkok really the first time you trained Muay Thai? I have been training for some years now I'm quiet sure you already had some training before.
Thank you very much very kind of you to say! Bangkok was my first actual training yeah I had trained boxing before that and had sparred some kickboxers for fun but other then that no
@@joshtheintern My training partner did 4 x 4 minutes rounds on the Pads. Final round was a kicking drill 1 power kick followed with double speed kick on Thursday... I regained full mobility on Sunday

Is the bag stand 4x4s cemented in the dirt?
Great video but you should turn your hands as you do the triceps dips about 180°, it's better for the wrists

Hey man, what shoes do you run in ? Cheers
I run in HOKA trail shoes. I have really bad knees so need big padding on my shoes
@@joshtheintern my brother actually recommended those so that’s great, cheers man
Nice Videos ❤️
What's your height
Cause you look really tall
very good video
Thank you :D
For someone who practice muaythai, your kick more like karate kick
How heavy is your hitting bag idk what size to get
Tbh it is just a cheap light one but it does the job for me :) light is good if you want to practice timing as well as technique as it swings but not so good if you just want to practice power
what app was that you used?
It is called "Boxing Round Interval Timer"

Just watching this made me tired and sore, Im in WAY worse shape than you are, just doing the first round would do me in xD
Its true what they say once you go muay thai you'll never walk again
That is very true! xD

firstttttt, where was my invite broooooooooo
Dude if you are down we can definitely do a joint one next time! :D
As a kickboxer i need to say. Hit the bag with your shin and NOT the foot. Otherwise your technuiqe is decent. Big respect from 🇩🇰
Yeah you are absolutely right that is something I am trying to correct, thanks man!
Some thing about you
u need a bigger heavy bag
Your lick is snappy you dont move your hips and move rounded
I snap to much like taekwondo and karateka
