My family rented one of these for our vacation and it absolutely blew us away. I know a week is not really the same as owning but it was an absolute pleasure to drive. I’m actually considering buying a used one based off that experience.

My dad rented a silver 2020 QX80 Luxe whenever he was getting his 2004 Suburban fixed from being rear ended and honestly, I have NEVER seen any other SUV besides the Toyota Sequoia that is beautiful, reliable, simple, and comfortable at the same time but my dad didn’t seem to like it because it is a gas guzzler and many other people will hate on it just for it having the same body style from 2010 with a facelift and honestly, not many people seem to like these things because of how “outdated” it is

Rented a 2019 last year, had it for two weeks. Super solid SUV. It didn't have the dual screens, but the interior was the familiar "infiniti" interior, and it is lengthy, so tight parking spots would be challenging. Would I buy this vehicle? Hell yeah! Thanks for another great review!

I rented one for a week. I thought I was in heaven. Love the safety features. The cruise slowed down when grandpa pulled in front of me and drove 45. In the rain, the wipers moved at whatever speed it needed to. Sprinkling it was slow but when it started to pour, the wipers went to fast without me touching them. The parking assist was great. It did complain about parking in my garage. It is a big car and I needed to put the bumper 2 foot from the wall in order to shut the garage. It is very high. I didn't see how hard it would be to put a carrier on the roof. Off road was good. I had a jeep before and I like how this ran off road. Still lots of room for kids in third row. I like to put a seat down and use it as a 5 seater. Fuel economy stinks in town. As I got outside of town, it was holding mid 20s and even 30mpg on the flat stretches of road. So to keep it under 20mpg means you did some hills. When grandpa moves aside on a hill, the computer wants to put the rpms over 4000 to get it back up to 70. My conclusion is when I win the lottery, or a $100k stimulus check, this will be back in my garage.

Infinity's, especially the modern ones all look really good, I'm glad you reviewed this, it's really sad that Infinity isn't doing as good as it used to. I think heavy SUV's will usually be safer than a sedan but I think body roll does take away some of that safety, I think it's something they can improve on, supposedly Tesla fixed that problem and Volvos in general are extremely safe so I know there's a way. Great video as always, hopefully Infinity will make a cone back

Generally those types of vehicles are not as safe as a sedan, they have a tendency to roll, due to a higher center of gravity, it looks the same as our Nissan Patrol over here and the real shame was Nissan ditched the diesel engine, they lost a lot of sales over here for that move.
