Low iron levels are a common issue, so you're not alone! In this video, I share 7 science-backed tips to boost your iron levels. I discuss things you can do to eat more iron, foods that hinder iron absorption and other tips so you can increase your iron levels effectively.
I used to have low iron levels a few years ago and these tips have helped increase my iron levels. I would strongly suggest talking to a doctor to get your iron levels tested before trying any of the tips in this video. Just as low iron is not a good thing, excess iron is not a good thing either. And definitely, do NOT take a supplement unless you have spoken to your doctor about that.
