    I've increased my haemoglobin in 18days from 7 to 10.5
    I have been consistent to iron rich like soaked dry dated and raisins, Gudh chana, beet juice, pomegranate juice, kaddu ke patte ki juice, banana, non veg soups.. I have stick to these things from last 18 days.. nd today i got to see result..

      @@snowkumari298 yes sure. After waking up i used to take night soaked chuadha and raisins .. after some time I used to take gudh chana and after that breakfast.. At around 11am I used to drink homemade fresh pomegranate juice.. and around 2pm i took my lunch and at 4 I used to take green juice made of pumpkin leaf and stems.. I used to cut the leaf and stems and boil in water and drink after stairing.. and then around 6.30 i used to take beet juice.. and at night 10 dinner..

      My medicines are all prescribed by brand names which are rocket high. For 5 months I'm taking and still 1 more month to go. Paying 4m my nose. I'm doing yoga from age 16. But missing sibce Nov 2022 waiting 2 start again.

      Make it alternate day . Beetroot is hot in nature so some people get some side effects in summer days. Experience yourself and take accordingly.

    when you say "tea" can function as an iron blocker, do you mean all tea or are you talking about caffeinated tea (black tea, green tea, oolong, etc.?) I drink a lot of herbal (schisandra, ginseng, cordyceps, Eleuthero, ahwaganda), are these blocking iron absorption?

    What about a person with ulcer??
