My car used to have this exact problem but now there is almost no heat on the passenger side either. Coolant and actuators are good. Could this be the over all problem still?
actuator recalibration procedure. Key On Engine Off (KOEO). Remove the HVAC control module fuse, #17 in the Instrument Panel (IP) fuse block, for a minimum of 10 seconds. Install the HVAC control module fuse. Start the vehicle. Wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.
