  • In this video, I would like to talk about how kicks affect breathing.

    Cảm ơn bạn, mình cũng từng bị tình trạng này. Khi bơi càng chý ý vào nhịp chân đá để lướt hơn thì rất nhanh mệt, thả lỏng 1 chút, đá biên độ nhỏ với ít lực thấy thoải mái hơn hẳn.
