In this episode we will explore exercises on the mat that can be done anywhere anytime without any equipment. If you do not have a mat use a towel! In this workout will cover exercises such as Hip Rolls, one leg circle, swan, side leg series, and many more foundational exercises.

I love tour clases but the focus cámara is in you and not at the fanales students.. 😐
